Couldn’t remember the gentleman’s name but we were helped by a young guy who handled the line on national ice cream day (Sun, July 19) really well. He was working all by himself at around 6 pm when we walked in and calmly answered questions, worked effectively and efficiently, and had a friendly vibe despite all that rush.
Today was national ice cream day. Derrell was working by himself and he was SO kind!! He deserves a raise! I took 2 stars away because management needs to do better. There’s no way he should’ve been there alone on a day like this. Huge shout out to Derrell! He did great! However, I won’t be back. I hope Derrell finds a job that supports him.

Some customers miss the custom ice cream recipes, but many enjoy the overall experience and the delicious offerings.
