Asked for an oreo blast with extra brownie bites add on. I received plain ice cream and a few brownie bites on top. This always happens btw.

Isn't it weird how they locked in drink discounts to a reward redemption? Perhaps not. But what is weird is drink customizations aren't included in the discount! So you only get half off on the base price regardless. It's ok I guess.
