Extremely disappointed with the service at this McDonald’s. I waited over 30 minutes just to place my order, and even then, the staff — especially Osbaldo — didn’t respond properly or show any concern. Sadly, this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here. It seems like poor service is becoming a pattern at this location. Definitely needs better management and customer service training.

Service bad. No one would come to the register to take my order. Had to use the kiosk. Kiosk instructions said take a number placard and order would be delivered. Was not. Had to return to counter to find order had been sitting there and food was lukewarm. Went back for more fries later. Had to stop someone so that I could place an order.
