Super bad service , cero customer service , midnight cashiers are rude and don’t direct correctly the orders. I work in restaurant business and advice for managers and owners great customer service is what make your guest come back. Never coming back to this location

I sat in line for 48 minutes without it moving at all with four to five cars ahead of me. I've been here many of times at different hours and I've never experienced anything like this. This is ridiculous for something that's considered fast food.

How are you gonna acknowledge my order, have me wait in line, ask me if I ordered (the wrong order name) and for me to say no, but run my card anyways then tell me you don’t have what I asked for. What a waste of time.
I don’t understand why it’s so hard for this location to get a single order correct. We have visited 3 times this month and it’s always wrong and the management staff doesn’t give a damn. Do better, yall stink.

This location is a little confusing I visit this location almost everyday before work and at times I get service at 4:45am and the next day some lady that is very rude says that they open at 5: 00 yes that's for the lobby but for drive through website says 24hrs so which is it be consistent. And I don't choose to speak with a manager because I don't think I'll get any better results.

Monday nite 2/26/24 @ 11:35pm, sat at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes & no one answered to take my order. This has to be the worst McDonald's on the planet. Regardless of the number of terrible reviews they have, nothing changes.
