Very pretty inside, the food was average but lots of options. I like ramen and the meat/toppings are perfect, I think the noodles and broth are ok

My wife and I tried some sushi today. Our server was very nice but our experience was not good.As we were ordering our server greeted the owners as they walked in. They had a party of about 8. We put our order in as they sat. I didn't think much of it until our food never came out. There were only 4 tables sat in the entire place and all the food was going to the owners table, about 10 dishes. They were having such a a fun time. We asked about our food and they said that they are just starting it. Here is my problem, the owners stopped the service for all the customers and jumped the line to get fed. My wife and I waited over 30 minutes in an almost empty restaurant only to watch the owners and their friends enjoy their lunch. I have a problem with that. Now, the food!I promise I can get past all things wrong with a restaurant if their food is good, but, it wasn't. The online menu had much more to offer than inside the restaurant, maybe because it was lunchtime so that's ok. We wanted sushi so we ordered a few rolls and some spicy gyoza. Sushi was hard to pick from since everything seemed to either be filled with imitation crab and mayo "crab")or minced tuna and mayo ("spicy tuna"), which I understand is pretty much standard practice in most sushi places in Dallas. The gyoza were pretty good but the dumpling was a bit overcooked so they fell apart easy. The sushi was very flavorless and very small on fish portion size. The tuna roll was bouncy and dry and hard to choke down. The spicy tuna that was inside the roll was left on the plate to go to the trash because it was not palatable. It turns out they are mixing "crunch" (breading) into the mixture like a cheap crab cake. It was mealy, dry and off putting in flavor. I am a critic of food more than I wish to be but my wife usually doesn't care...we both couldn't finish our sushi because it was not good.We were very excited to try this place but we were derailed by poor restaurant standards and poor food practices and poor fish quality.Perhaps their cooked items might be a better way to go if there is a next time. I understand that we only ordered 4 things so our review should only go so far, yet it has left a heavy impression on me.

Everything we ordered was top-notch. Highly recommend the spicy steamed dumplings and the soft shell crab bun. You can definitely make a meal out of just appetizers and be more than full.Kid-friendliness: Atmosphere isn’t too loud, but no one will bat an eye at a family sharing a meal.

The lady at the reception area (sorry I missed the name) was very helpful kind and accommodating. I requested to add a couple of things to my order. She coordinated with the kitchen and got that sorted. The food was delicious. Thank you!Parking: There are additional parking spots in the area farther from El Dorado road entrance.

Store bought sushi is better than this locale for sushi.Maybe their Top Ramen or Ramen dishes are probably their specialties..... but sushi for sure is not it......We got 2 rolls and ahi tower...Meager fish pieces inside the rolls, fluffed and overpuffed white rice overtaking sushi rolls, giving us the sense that we're consuming steamed rice rolls.Ahi tower? Not sure what kind of fish was in it.....??? But it had mostly imitation crab... and no flavor. The service was ok, but, we weren't offer any ginger and wasabi to begin with, nor the little dishes that you start off with to prepare it...Like I said Ramen is probably their specialty at this place if you like Ramen then this would be your place.

Came in on a Google search for sushi near me. What a surprise! Great food, excellent service, and a nice restaurant. Clean and modern. I had the volcano, crab rangoon, and calamari. All were very good! Can't offer any comments other than my quick meal was perfect.. Enjoy!!

Clean, calm atmosphere. Great diverse menu with something for everyone. I had the poke ramen and it was delicious and unique. Not the Hawaiian poke I’m used to, but the kale noodles were great.

My husband and I have lived in Dallas for over 20 years and this is by far one of the best Japanese ramen places we have ever eaten at!Their ramen here is very authentic, just like what we eat in Japan. The special sushi rolls are also delicious and look beautiful. We ordered the Muteki roll, which was like a work of art, so much so that we were reluctant to eat it !This place has bright décor with a high-ceilinged space that allows you to dine happily in a relaxed atmosphere. The price is also very reasonable, so you can enjoy high-end food at an average price. We will definitely come back to eat here often because it is so good! ok so this place is awesome. I don’t remember our sugars name but she was a white girl with black hair and she was super cool. The food is very authentic and not overpriced at all. They have a good selection of sake ❤️ The Ramen is fantastic, especially the garlic tonkatsuthey also had anime on the TV which was so much better than watching sports
