I am so excited to have found this place! Easily the best croissant I have ever had. It was full of flavor and so light. The customer service was amazing. They made sure we knew about their new offerings and what they had regular on the menu. I’m so thrilled to have found this location and they also have a location in The Colony that we’re going to have to check out. Thank you so much! I can’t wait to come back.Dietary restrictions: I have a soy allergy and they were able to help to make sure what I got was soy free. They know their product and what goes into it, which is amazing.

Perfect pastries every time! This place was the first time I ever had a \\\"real\\\" croissant and I became obsessed with learning to make croissants. 17 batches of croissants later and I still haven't matched the quality of Ollio yet, but I'll get there one day. At a price point of $3-$4, it's impossible to beat for how much work they are. The vendors for Ollio in the Frisco Fresh Market are great people; super friendly and really excited when people try their food for the first time. They also make good recommendations (but that's easy to do because everything is so good). Today, they let me know that they had some new flavors of the danishes/croissants and that got me excited for what is going to come out of the Mad Scientists' lab next. As a return customer, I love trying all the new flavors!
