Perfect pastries every time! This place was the first time I ever had a "real" croissant and I became obsessed with learning to make croissants. 17 batches of croissants later and I still haven't matched the quality of Ollio yet, but I'll get there one day. At a price point of $3-$4, it's impossible to beat for how much work they are.The vendors for Ollio in the Frisco Fresh Market are great people; super friendly and really excited when people try their food for the first time....read full review
