Steer clear, they will rip you off!!! I was there at noon today, your only ordering option is through a kiosk. The first time I placed my order, it timed out and said it didn't process! The second time it said no receipt paper but appeared to process! I stood by the register and was informed they had no order for me but would process a new one for me! I refused and said if my card was charged, I would be back! 7:30 pm tonight I get a text my order is ready for pickup... 7.5 hours after I placed it and worse, I was charged TWICE for it! Refund me both charges!!! I didn't get your food and you tried to charge me a 3rd time! Pull the stores cameras if you need too! I will NEVER order from you again and I expect my money back!

I don't know about the rest but I come here every now and then for the short rib Pho, you can't go wrong with it..........and if you're hung over this would wake you up.....this soup would raise a dead one !

I am a regular customer of this place. Today I went there for some Pho of which usually okay but there was nobody working at the front around 1:00 pm. After 10 minutes of wait, I saw the same lady who take my order most of the time. Then I was politely ask her that someone is working at the front today (looks like she was buying lunch from the food stand next door). She was abruptly and angrily replied “wait a second”. I felt like I was mistreated as a loyal customer. She needs to be trained to value her customers much better than this. If not the place can go out of business because no customers care to come anymore.

Be sure they’re not randomly closed on a Tuesday afternoon!! They leave on their service devices so they can still accept and charge you for your order but never give it to you. And then blame it on online order website I ordered from and say that can’t refund.

I frequent this place once a week with the co-workers. Love their rare steak pho. Broth is delicious and flavorful. I’ll have pho here anytime. Better than most big stand alone restaurants.

We are picky eaters when it comes to Vietnamese. This is our second time visiting this place inside the 99ranch supermarket and the food was spectacular. They listed the items with a particular number and image on their menu card which was a great idea as before eating we would come to know what we are going a eat. we order their 45 that's the grilled chicken pho noodles soup broth with lots of flavors. we also tasted their flat noodles and their Vietnamese iced coffee and Thai tea are good. Would suggest this place for pho to try. Besides ambiance was good with many other food spots to try. The service was awesome.

We eat a lot of Vietnamese from a number of places. Didn’t know what to think being that this is inside a supermarket. Don’t be deceived, the menu is great. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The broth is flavorful and rich. Overall great experience and delicious! Pix do not do justice. Will be back for more.

I eat quite a bit of Vietnamese food, and love trying new restaurants, and I can honestly say this has been my worst experience with quality.I ordered shrimp summer rolls and a chicken vermicelli bowl. The only parts of the meal I enjoyed was the shrimp inside of the summer rolls, and the pre-fab deep fried eggroll that came in the vermicelli bowl.The summer rolls were extremely loosely rolled, and made up of literally just shrimp and lettuce. They were impossible to eat after the first bite, and the peanut sauce that came with them was watered down peanut butter, no seasoning at all.There are 3 things that make a vermicelli bowl what it is, and that's the pickled carrots/daikon, the protein, and the sauce. The quality of all 3 of these ingredients in the dish put it just over the acceptable side of edible. The chicken had no seasoning, no char, and was overdone. The pickled veggies were not pickled, and the sauce I'm convinced was 25% fish sauce and 75% apple cider vinegar. I like a good pungent fish sauce if there is flavor, but this was all of the offensive odor, then when you ate it, was just basically funky vinegar.I don't write reviews often, but I honestly felt slighted by the meal I received enough to post a review about it. I hope they take this feedback and improve. I always give restaurants a second chance so I will be back at some point.
