The quality of pizza at this location has really gone downhill. Would not recommend this location. The large 3 topping pizza that was delivered had hardly any cheese, was full of dough bubbles, and the toppings were sparse.

We came in around 1:15 as school let us out early and the place was swamped with 20+ students and only one cashier who was absolutely wonderful and extremely patient! (Unfortunately I didn't get her name). But she managed to make all of our orders by herself relatively quickly while taking new orders from the onslaught of students coming in. She's a wonderful hard working person and my friends and I wish her all the best!

I recently visited the Pizza Hut at 230 S. Hardin Blvd in McKinney, TX, and I was thoroughly impressed. The service was prompt and friendly, and the staff made the entire experience smooth from start to finish.
I ordered the Supreme pizza, and it was prepared perfectly—fresh, flavorful, and served piping hot. The crust was crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, and the cheese was generously layered without being overwhelming. The new Cheesy Bites pizza, in particular, was a standout—rich, satisfying, and exactly what I was hoping for.
The menu offered a great variety, and online ordering was straightforward and convenient. Everything was ready on time, and the quality exceeded expectations.
This location clearly takes pride in their work, and it shows in both the food and the customer service. I’ll absolutely be returning, and I highly recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone in the McKinney area looking for a reliable and enjoyable pizza experience.

We order breadsticks and pasta. We order off the online menu. A Dr Pepper and diet Dr Pepper. We receive two Dr pepper. When we opened pizza box the two pastas had no lids on item and it was slopped all over the box. Plus how gross that it’s not covered up with a lid or aluminum foil. I called and he said they don’t have Diet Dr Pepper, cheese bread doesn’t come with marinara sauce and they don’t put lids on pastas. This was the manager I called and he didn’t even sound like our call surprised him. Sunday 7:30 after waiting 45 minutes to start over for dinner. Pizza Hut just plans suck these days. No wonder they have a 3.7 rating. Save your money and go to Little Cesar’s!

This was the worse pizza I have ever had in my life. The crust was so tough I could hardly cut it, there was hardly any sauce on the pizza and it was not cut all the way through so we had to cut it. Not going to be ordering again soon.

today i went to pickup the order, i have seen that inside one person he was preparing the chicken boneless pieces and it that one piece fall down from the box and that person tried to pickup the piece but i am watching him so he took 2 mins to pick up the that. without trashing that he again dipped into fried oil and added BBQ sauce and delivered to the kids. what kind of food service is this. if any thing happen to that children who will be the response for that l. even one star is more then enough.
