I ordered a pizza box around 10:15 pm. She said 30 min. Came around 11:15. Im not kidding you. The worse cheese pizza ever. I only wanted mushrooms It had huge pieces of mushrooms. I thought it was a mushroom pizza. I ordered cheese. It were bread sticks. Tks Lizzy. They closed right after. I called. It just rung. WOW !!!!

They had a great special $3 for a personal pan pizza. I went into the store to order and Dee was the manager, and he was very professional and couldn’t have been nicer. He had those pizzas ready in a short amount of time and they were absolutely delicious! I’m a firm believer in Customer Service and D was all about that.

Of course their pizza is delicious, my issue was with having a third party delivery driver who was 54 minutes late delivering a set delivery for 6 pm and delivered at 6:54 when I made the order at 10 am that morning! And it was room temp! The purpose of that delivery time was because it was Halloween so we got a late start due to incompetence on yall end with a pretty big tip I put beforehand at 10 am not knowing the foreseeable future I would’ve just cancelled! Yall need to get it together over there!

This is the 4th delivery order in a row that the driver has forgotten my drink when delivering the order. I’ve called the store each time before and they eventually send another driver with the drink but 30+ min after the initial delivery. Food is always good but quite the pain to consistently get incomplete order.
This store needs to be retrained on checking order correctness before leaving the store.

A good spot for cheesy, satisfying pizza! You can always count on them for a perfect cheese pull 😜 and generous toppings loaded to the brim. Consistently delicious and satisfying every time!

The quality of pizza at this location has really gone downhill. Would not recommend this location. The large 3 topping pizza that was delivered had hardly any cheese, was full of dough bubbles, and the toppings were sparse.

We came in around 1:15 as school let us out early and the place was swamped with 20+ students and only one cashier who was absolutely wonderful and extremely patient! (Unfortunately I didn't get her name). But she managed to make all of our orders by herself relatively quickly while taking new orders from the onslaught of students coming in. She's a wonderful hard working person and my friends and I wish her all the best!

I recently visited the Pizza Hut at 230 S. Hardin Blvd in McKinney, TX, and I was thoroughly impressed. The service was prompt and friendly, and the staff made the entire experience smooth from start to finish.
I ordered the Supreme pizza, and it was prepared perfectly—fresh, flavorful, and served piping hot. The crust was crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, and the cheese was generously layered without being overwhelming. The new Cheesy Bites pizza, in particular, was a standout—rich, satisfying, and exactly what I was hoping for.
The menu offered a great variety, and online ordering was straightforward and convenient. Everything was ready on time, and the quality exceeded expectations.
This location clearly takes pride in their work, and it shows in both the food and the customer service. I’ll absolutely be returning, and I highly recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone in the McKinney area looking for a reliable and enjoyable pizza experience.
