Hot Miso Soup
Our take on the traditional Japanese soup consists of dashi stock, miso paste with diced tofu added.
Garlic Spam Musubi
This Is our version of the "swoon-worthy Hawaiian snack" (The Washington Post) in the tradition of Japanese onigiri. We season and sear a slice of Spam, place it on a bed of white rice, add flavor with our sweet shoyu sauce and garlic crisps, and wrap the whole thing in nori.

A preparation of soybeans in the pod which is popular throughout Asia. Our version is seasoned with a Pokeworks special spicy recipe combining togarashi, sugar and kosher salt to bring out all the flavor.

Best poke and sushi burrito place in North Dallas. Trish and her team always provides excellent service. I highly recommend this location if you are wanting to grab a quick lunch 😉
