Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Everyone on the planet is standing in line for this sandwich...myself included. 11 people in front of me at 2:45 pm. Restaurant music is not on. Energy level of staff is at an all time low. Restrooms are trashed. Only one person working the register and her sense of urgency is poor at best.

Went in to get chicken strips today after work (I work 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm) at store #11536 at 9195 Preston Rd. in Frisco, TX and for the third time this week they said they didn't have any more chicken strips. I asked if they could make some for me and I'd wait for them. They let me know that they had already turned off the fryer and cleaned it. This is my 1st time ever at a Popeyes, staff did it right. Clean lobby, clean windows, tables, kitchen area. Pleasant front counter worker who got me the daily special. Great service, good food. The tenders were hot and fresh, steaming hot mashed potatoes, fresh tasty biscuit. I will be back!
