Pretzels near Frisco, TX

“I was at the shopping mall, where there were food places. I was looking for a cup, but a few stores turned me down. However, when I asked here, they gave me one right away. I was really impressed—I had never seen such a helpful food place before. They were incredibly kind and polite. This kind of behavior definitely deserves five stars!“

“I came here for my birthday with some friends, and it was great! The food was very fresh and felt homemade. They had lots of shelves full of different games to play, and the guy working there even recommended some of his favorites. It felt really well-run. Definitely coming here again!

Kid-friendliness: This place is great for all ages. They do have some board games good for younger kids.“

“I love this place just wish they had smaller servings! It would be nice if they had a child portion for the small pretzels or the small pretzel dogs. The servings are too much even for an adult...especially me and I never can finish them all before that get stale. Think that is something you should look in to!“

“Mckinny location across from Emerson HS Beware!! We have been there now 2 times before they closed and they shut down early! Yesterday we went to a football game at Emerson HS. They close at 8pm so we made a special trip to get pretzels for our group. We arrived at 6:55pm and there was a paper bag on the menu stating they were closing at 7pm tonight because of a lack of help!!!! 6:55 no one answered the board and when we pulled up to the window at least 2 employees were hiding in the back. It looked like the place had been closed down way before 6:55. I’m done with this place they need to sell it and get an owner that knows how to run a business! If no one shows up to work then it’s on you. You get your butt up there and cover the shift you don’t let the kids run you out of business. Also I notice no remorse or remarks from ownership. That tells you all you need to know.“
