Purple Kiwi Frozen Yogurt

The frozen yogurt is fine but the floors were disgusting—completely covered with mud and dirt—and the employee made no effort to clean them. Not what you want to see while eating.

Purple Kiwi is one of our favorite ice cream spots and is especially great for families with children. The place is very kid-friendly, and the ice cream is always delicious with plenty of flavors to choose from.

One of the things we enjoy most is being able to customize their ice cream with a variety of toppings. There are lots of options to choose from, allowing everyone to create their perfect treat.

Everything is fresh, flavorful, and satisfying, making it a wonderful place to visit for a sweet dessert. We always enjoy our trips to Purple Kiwi and look forward to coming back again and again!

Purple Kiwi in Frisco is a great spot for a sweet treat, especially if you are looking for a good price and a variety of options. The self-serve frozen yogurt has a good taste, and they offer a wide variety of toppings that allow you to customize your dessert exactly how you like it. The shop is clean and has a fun atmosphere, plus they have a free iPad Photo Booth inside which is a nice touch for taking photos with friends while you eat.
However, the experience was held back by the service. The staff member working was not friendly at all and acted as though she did not want to be there or didn't want to work. It is a bit of a letdown because the rest of the shop is so inviting and the yogurt itself is high quality for the cost. If you don't mind the indifferent service, it is a solid place for dessert, but the customer service definitely has room for improvement.

I love that we can have healthy low calorie options with lots of delicious fruit.

Froyo is good but the atmosphere is very dirty. Dirty floors, tables, and bathrooms. Workers should focus on cleaning when it’s slow instead of sitting on a chair, staring at phone.

Not a huge selection but the yogurt was fine. Both bathrooms were disgusting while the staff I saw sat and played on their phone. If a public facing area is this bad, what does the food storage area look like? We won’t be back.

I hate to leave a negative review, but this experience was really disappointing. One of the employees was on her phone the entire time and was barely helpful. Customer service felt like an afterthought.

The cleanliness was honestly shocking. The front door was filthy, and the floors were so gross — especially around the seating areas and along the wall baseboards where garbage was literally caked on. There was visible mold around the trash can. The tables were sticky, and there were dirty spoons left on them.

I’m not sure how this place is even open in this condition. This is just what customers can see — it makes you wonder what things look like behind the scenes. I hope management takes this seriously and makes major improvements.

Shutdown for a day and clean!

Good frozen yogurt but consider going somewhere else if you value integrity. Why have I spent the past 6 months collecting punches on a punch card, only to show up, excited to finally redeem my free cup, and find they will NOT BE ACCEPTING THEM anymore. The yogurt comes out of a giant dispenser in the wall, not to mention you need 10 entire punches before free redemption—how much money could you guys possibly have been losing?? So disappointed. Such a slap in the face. Purple kiwi you’ll rue the day you crossed me, this seriously ruined my evening.

Been here multiple times. Always clean and yogurt is smooth and not runny. Tonite was extra nice. He saw I came by myself but was getting two bowls so already had 2 lids ready for me to take to go. Very nice and pleasant to all the customers that were in front of me as well. Will be returning.

We were walking by to go in and we see these 2 employees sitting on the floor through the window and when we went in after we checked out they sat back down. This was so unprofessional. And whats worse is the girl started kicking a shoe around the store. This place doesnt care about you or the cleanliness DO NOT COME HERE.

Had Taro frozen yogurt with strawberry popping boba on the side. Taste was great. Definitely must try combination.
