Very delicious

Our 2nd visit and it was as good as the first time! Very low key atmosphere, plenty of froyo options, the topping bar was full and appeared to be clean! The prices were reasonable!

Dietary restrictions: Some no sugar added options

Purple kiwi, something of true dreams and fantasies, so life changing I would sacrifice my first son for an all you can froyo at this place. I visited for the seventh time today and everything could not have been more exquisite. Let me start with the yogurt, the variety of flavors is expansive beyond my wildest imagination, zero are ever out of order, and they all have the creamiest most decadent texture. If this isn’t enough, the place is absolutely stocked with toppings, all cleanly organized and full to the brim as they call your name to be added onto your froyo masterpiece. Finally I want to note the friendly staff that made me feel so welcome it felt like a second home. Zach greeted me by name and always remembers the personal details I shared from my last visit, on top of this he always volunteers to babysit my boyfriend to allow me peace in my froyo selection experience. I could go on and on about my love purple kiwi, no words can do this place justice. Just try it, you won’t regret it.

I had the most memorable experience at purple kiwi. The owner, Zach, was so funny and made my whole family laugh and enjoy our time. The yogurt was delicious as well with many toppings to choose from. I will definitely be back, 10/10 recommend!

This used to be our favorite frozen yogurt place but the place has definitely gone downhill. The staff isn’t as friendly anymore and they really don’t care about cleanliness. The floors always dirty and the toppings area is always a mess. I really hope they improve.

I give them 1 star for cleanliness. We were not greeted once, not even when we paid. I would have loved to enjoy the atmosphere but chose to sit outside instead. Horrible customer service, you all should be ashamed. I wouldn’t come back if you paid me.

This is the only froyo near that carries the white chocolate mousse flavor! I come back here specifically for that flavor and all the toppings that I love that I can measure out myself (which is different than some other places nowadays). I agree with some reviews that service is hit or miss with being welcoming and attentive, but I've never had anyone be rude; I'm okay simply getting what I want and checking out. There is also a reward system, and who doesn't love free froyo? Place is well maintained and aesthetically pleasing. It is worth going to.

I love the yogurt here, ask for toppings. They usually service well and the flavors are delightful. Avocado flavored sounds weird but uniquely tasty. Love the taro flavor as well. Prices for yogurt always extreme but that is a norm. What can you do in this economy.

Place was filthy, the girl that worked there was practically underneath her boyfriend in the corner the whole time we were there. Never acknowledged that we were in the building until I stood at the cash register with 3 kids and 4 cups of yogurt. I walked around with yogurt dripping from my hands looking for a napkin, with no help. One of my children wanted to sample a flavor and I needed to find the sample cups myself. I truly believed it was an automated self serve place, based on an honor system, until her boyfriend removed his hand from her jacket and she showed up behind the register. She apologized by saying “sorry, my jacket was stuck”. I never even ate the yogurt I paid for, just threw it away when I got home. If managements standards are so low that that is who they have running the place on a Friday night, I can’t imagine that they care too much about the success, cleanliness or quality of the product they sell. I had high hopes that it would be better with a new location, but I was dead wrong. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

just a chill guy

For a new place, it’s not so bad. One machine was closed and a couple did not have smooth flow. There was only one staff. He didn’t greet the customers, and he was mainly sitting with his phone in the corner. I did appreciate his attitude though, but it is polite to greet customers. They have unique flavors like avocado and taro. Overall, it’s good for a new place!

This is our first visit in their new location. For years they were on a corner location several hundred yards away. Good choice for post-lunch. We do eat mostly yogurt at locations Preston/Park but nice to have one nearby in this shopping center.
