Usually I try a new place monthly and Rachel's Kitchen was one this month. I was there because I wanted a quick meal, because I had a baby with me. Yeah big mistake on my part. There was a cheerleader event at the Star & this place was apparently more slammed than I realized. I was able to order in a reasonable time but there was nowhere to sit. Then when there was a place they were too busy to clean. Also there was a noticeable stack of dishes to be washed in the sink, because again they were too busy to clean. I waited just shy of an hour for 2 chicken tenders (meat seemed to be good quality but definitely from frozen not freshly prepared daily), sweet potato fries, a extra small fruit cup, and a energy juice. The runner even tried to give me my order twice without the juice, which was $8, I am not going to leave an $8 juice or without a refund, which I asked for and was told no. Due to the lack of capacity to be in this area, then telling me no to a refund of a drink they had not even begun to make, I will not return to this establishment. The food was OK and the juice was room temp, not thrilled about that after such a long wait. I actually could have had less of a wait and fresher food had I gone to my regular place, Tupelo Honey. What could have made this better would have been some good old fashioned customer service to try and retain my business for the future, but also just simply refunding my money for the unprepared juice that I waited a long time for in the end. That to me is plain greed and not really caring or valuing about the people who frequent this area. So had they been prepared for this event (and you know the Star has several advertised events) and done better to serve customers on a day like this by putting in some different procedures for the staff to keep up with demand, this review would have been more favorable.

This is a great find and has awesome food and service. I am a big fan of the Turkey and Avacado but everthing our family has eaten from Rachel's has been outstanding.
We did a group order a couple weeks ago and if you put the names of each person in the notes they label the items for you! Super convenient for splitting up orders! The group of 10 loved the food and everyone said the food was incredible. No leftovers! haha

This place has amazing, fast, friendly service, lots of healthy and gluten-free food options, and it's always crowded, which is a sign of being a great place. Yet it never takes too long for food. The manager is very helpful. I always see her hustling with a smile on her face, too. It's a perfect spot to grab a delicious, quick nutritious meal and I always go there whenever I get to Frisco.

This place was really solid. We got the smoked turkey and avocado sandwich and the chicken salad sandwich — both were great. The bread was perfectly toasted and everything had a lot of flavor without being too heavy. The sweet potato fries were addicting, and the chicken enchilada soup came in a big bowl and went really well with everything. Service was also great! The woman at the register was super kind and the food came out fast. Would definitely go back.

We had dinner at Rachael’s Kitchen with my family, and it was absolutely excellent from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Every dish we ordered was delicious and beautifully presented. The service was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere made it such a comfortable place to relax and enjoy a meal together. You can truly taste the quality in the ingredients and the love put into the cooking. Highly recommend Rachael’s Kitchen!

Horrible treatment of a medically fragile child who needed a restroom. Screaming at me the bathroom is for customers only before I even got to the counter to purchase a drink to be a customer. My child nrrded to stop his infusion pump in the bathroom and go to the restroom. Very rude and ugly staff, we will never go back and encourage others to avoid this place. Anyone who can discriminate against a disabled child should not be in business.

We drove all the way from Mansfield and were so excited to try here since I have celiac. We checked hours beforehand. Showed up at 10:30 and they were closed. Even the sign and holiday hours matched what we saw online, they should have been open from 10-4. Extremely disappointed as were the 2 hungry kiddos. Luckily we were able to pivot and go across the street to eggsquisite.
Wonderful place to hangout, each dish is made with Wonderful intentions set to it.. and the Yaine such an amazing and caring person 💕 We loved the energy of this place

I had vegan vegetable sandwiche and my kids had chicken pesto pasta. My kids loved their food, they gave it a 10/10. I my self also enjoyed my sandwiche. It was one of the best vegan sandwiches I ever had. Customer service was on point. Oh I also had the Popeyes secret juice, and it was delicious, most of all very healthy. If you follow a special type of diet, they have it all.
