Russo's New York Pizzeria - Frisco

Yesterday, I ordered their Burrata Pomodoro pizza as it looked so nice on their picture on the left. Well, what I got was the disappointment on the right. It had a have a big blob of cheese with baked basil. As soon as you try to get a slice, the whole thing slides out, and you are left just the crust and no toping. The basil was just hideous. If I am charged Frisco prices, then we also expect better quality. I may give them another chance, but so far, I'm not happy with what I got.

Tried to buy pizza with different topping on half and they wanted to charge me the full $3.50 for each topping even though I only wanted each on half. No adjustment was offered they shrugged their shoulders when I asked.

I've gone in twice for slices and then had a couple of XLs for a local elementary school event. The pizza has tasted great, and everyone that had a piece was asking about the new place down the street because of how good it was. Definitely check out Russo's! Rasmee, Justin, Barbara, Nathan, Leighton, and the rest of the staff have been so great and so kind on multiple occasions! Will be back soon with the entire family.

We craved pizza and chose to go to Russos. It was our first visit and we’re very glad we chose it. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and welcomed and as we looked over the menu of pizzas on the wall they asked us if we had any questions. We made our order and waited not very long to get our pizza. While we waited a gentleman came over to make sure we were ok and set us up with the pizza rack on our table. A few moments later a very nice young lady brought our pizza and asked if there was anything else we needed. The pizzas was delicious. I think it was called a New York market pizza. The crust was perfect and the toppings were perfectly portioned and cooked.
All in all, delicious pizza and excellent, friendly service.

They messed up our order and were incredibly rude. The pizza was super greasy, and the customer service was nasty. This place will be gone in no time if they don’t turn around their customer service.

Great NY style pizza place. Solid plain slices. Nice people. Finally great pizza on the West Side of Frisco! We’ll be back for some pepperoni pizza.

We ordered a pizza and canzone to go. The food was ready when I showed up, I was greeted in a friendly manner, and the food was absolutely delicious. This may be our favorite pizza place in the whole area.
