Paying for protein is expected but to provide 1/2 scoop and then charge extra for another 1/2 of scoop is UNACCEPTABLE and UNREASONABLE!! I was taken aback and was disappointed about the price and experience… The manager just smiled and looked as if this is normal…Buyer beware!!!
Today I saw this store and I was disappointed ? I have always gone to the one on Belt Line Rd in Carrolton and my salad is always well prepared, this time in this branch they only gave me lettuce and like 3 pieces of meat, I thought about returning it but because of my hurry I ate it that way, keep an eye on that??

I’m a regular, have been going a couple times a week since opening... So happy this location opened in North Frisco. The veggies, meat, fruits and ingredients are always so fresh and delicious. The staff is kind, helpful and always smiling. Random aside, the cookies are sensational, especially the Oatmeal! Everywhere inside is clean, sparkling and new. Highly recommended! Avoid if you are vegetarian or Vegan. They keep Quinoa & Falafel right next to fish/meat & there is 100% cross contamination. I'm saying this because I have tasted Fish flavor twice now & it's impossible for me to mistake the flavor of fish.

Last week I was dropping my dog at Pet Bar and didn't realize they were open. The manager/owner allowed me to place my order before business hours. I always love the freshness of the salads from Salata but this location's customer service was top notch. Definitely recommend!

Salads are ok. Fish was dry. The up-charge on getting the salad adequately dressed is laughable. I shouldn’t have to pay even more to make the already pricey salad edible. Overall, very pricey for what it is- I get why it’s not busy.
