Seven Spices Indian Kitchen

New order online is clumsy. They force you to go through one of the online delivery service. On pickup when called the restaurant, the call gets picked once every 10-20times. They should be loosing lots of customers like this. I hope they stop this stupid online order mandate and have someone to pick up the call, atleast frequently.

This business has really gone downhill since I ordered from here 5 months ago. I call and I ask to order biryani. The caller states they are out of birynanis but they had fried rice and tandoori chicken. So they have chicken and rice to make the biryani but they don't make biryani. ? the quality last time I tried had gone down tremendously including bad attitudes. Thanks for reminding me why I shouldn't order from here, there are hundreds of Indian restaurants In texas, please don't order from here.

Best mutton biryani I have had up till now in dallas !

I used to like their Biryani’s in the area, they used to maintain good flavors and quality among other restaurants. In recent times, I really had worst experience with their Biryani’s, one of the veg Biryani they served was really bad out of 3 Biryani’s in my to go order. Immediately I called restaurant and notified them that I am going to return the Biryani, however the lady who answered the phone said no need to return sir, we can’t refund your money, but we can honor the free Biryani any day. I was convinced that it’s fine as it never happened with them, after 5 weeks I called them for free Biryani as they promised and they said there is no note under my name, so we can’t honor. I should have ask for full money refund on the same day for serving stinky Biryani, instead I was nice with them, this is what you get in the end, terrible experience. They don’t know how to treat customer, I am never going back to this restaurant in future.

My husband and I tried this place and LOVED it! The food is incredible, very delicious. The combination of spices and herbs just makes the food flavorful. Definitely will be coming back! Also, the staff is so nice. If you haven’t tried this place yet, DO IT. :)

This place is incredible. The staff is extremely friendly, and the food is equally great. I had chicken pops, chicken Marsala and a dessert. I would recommend it all. :-)

The service and food is awesome!! We went there with a group of 10 people on Saturday night and the guys at the counter were extremely accompting and friendly. The chef came out to personally check in on us to make sure the food was to our liking. This place was a pleasant surprise!!!

The service here is prompt and courteous and honest about any delays they foresee.I ordered Samosa and cut mirchi. Samosa crust was robust which is a rarity at other restaurants. It could use some salt though. The stuffing could definitely be better.Cut mirchi was so so.I hope this was a one off.

The hours and days they advertise don’t work.Friday: called at 12:15am, they said they are closedSaturday: called at 11pm, they said they are closed because there is a big order for Sunday.I’m never ordering again. Very bad customer service.

It's typical Indian curry point. Like the spicy content. Matches Hyderabad spicy.

On 11th may and 18th of may I ordered Chicken Dum biryani for Two times there is too much ?????? can’t able to eat it, I complain them same but they didn’t Offer the replacement, But still we are having Biriyanis from here But not ??????? ??? ???????.

We ordered goat biryani for the first time here, it costs $13.99. When we opened the container there were only two small pieces of meat primarily of bone. We are disappointed with today’s order. We have been ordering food from here and were satisfied with our earlier orders. We wish they maintain consistency.

It was our first visit to this restaurant. We did not know that dine in was closed. So we went ahead with the order and waiter there. We were greeted nicely asked us to use the chairs for dine in as we had went with kids. The food was also good. Overall a nice and welcoming experience.The pictures drawn were interesting as well.

This restaurant has lost its taste what it use to be last year. Got Chicken roll, basically they gave me Chicken tikka curry in a wrap . Hyderabad Dum briyan is fake . They give you chicken pieces and on top of it white rice .... Food has become more expensive here and lost its taste. Will not recommend to anyone
