Honestly, i’ve had two bad experiences here but today made me right a review. Who ever your closing team was needs to be fired. Using a racial slur “the hard R” was said as my boyfriend walked in and that is absolutely unacceptable. I never want to come back here because that is the worst thing you can do in front of someone especially as they walk in. You should really think twice before you hire a bunch of kids who don’t care about how they make the store look based on their words. That is racism and i do not stand for this. Fix your employees.
Found some metal in my boba. Not sure what it is. The milk tea was decent.

The drink was okay, they have several tables and the places was clean as well as the customer service. What I did not like is that I came to do some work and they do not have internet, I also tried using my personal phone and there are signal issues in that place. As soon as I got out I got internet again
I’ve always had good experiences at other Sharetea locations, but unfortunately, the Frisco location was disappointing. The cashier, Elise lacked basic customer service skills, and the manager, Grace, was present but offered no assistance. Their credit card system was down, and instead of a proper backup method, the cashier attempted to enter my card information manually into an iPhone, which felt unprofessional and concerning. I chose to pay with cash instead. For the price point, I expected a much better experience. I won’t be returning to this location and will be taking my business elsewhere. This location clearly needs better training and oversight.
I hadn’t been to Sharetea in about a month, and when I recently stopped by to grab my favorite mango milk tea, I noticed quite a few changes. The menu had been updated, and along with all the food items, a few drinks were taken off as well, which was a bit disappointing.
I also brought in my stamp card, but the server let me know they no longer accept them since the rewards program has been discontinued. While I personally wasn’t saving up for a free drink, I can imagine how frustrating that would be for customers who were. Thankfully, the staff member I spoke to was really kind and explained everything nicely, which I appreciated.
Overall, the experience was okay, but I do miss the old menu and the rewards program it added a little something extra that made coming in more enjoyable.
Completely overhauled the menu on as of April 2025. My partner & I are on the hunt for a new go-to boba shop as a result. The staff is fantastic, but the stamp card rewards are gone, and half the items we enjoyed are also gone. We don't have any reason to return.
Nice people, quick to make order, clean. Sea salt caramel tea is great! Taste kinda like coffee which is different and interesting. The kiwi fruit tea is amazing! I love it!
Saw one of the employees trying to throw ice they were holding bare handed into my drink like it was basketball as another was making it. Incredibly inappropriate behavior and disgusting.
Pretty good boba place. I appreciate the variety of fruity flavors available. Definitely not the best boba place you can find however. The tea is not the best and the boba inconsistent in quality, sometimes fine, sometimes too hard. But again, I like the fruity flavors.

Upon entering, my family and I noticed two employees at the front. Although there were no other customers present, they did not acknowledge our arrival in any way.
I came in when it wasn’t even busy and the worker was with her boyfriend sitting down and got up to take my order she acted all annoyed like HELLOO what did I do I haven’t even said anything yet. Then when she called my order I went to go get it I gave her a smile and a thank you as she was THROWING THE STRAW AT MEEE?? Then walked off with an annoyed face and went to sit with her boyfriend again. It’s not my fault you can’t be with ur boyfriend ur whole work shift UR WORKING. If your boyfriend wasn’t so BROKE MAYBE U WOULDNT HAVE TO WORK. And my boba was hard.🥰

There are 6 employees just standing around and they would rather make their own drinks before customers. It’s not even busy… what a rip off.
