Don't go at 1:30pm on a Sunday. Waited over 30 minutes for just a shake and it was melted by the time they brought it out. Very disappointed they even allowed this. Clearly they don't care. Even left a tip in the app order, but they didn't deserve one in the end. Also, the website to "escalate feedback" conveniently doesn't work.

This establishment needs to get their drive up order stations fixed! They used to set out cones, but so many are broken I guess there are not enough cones in Texas to suffice this issue! Come on Sonic, you can do better than this!!! And now the icing on the cake you run out of tea at 6:45 in the evening!!! OH
How to Smashburger fries and a large soda. Smashburger was OK but just OK. The fries were overcooked over overcooked. I ordered the soda with easy ice. I think I have enough ice for a week. Honestly, just disappointed.

I waited at the drive-in for half an hour on a Saturday and eventually had to leave after never getting a response. Left with nothing. Fix your system.
Just left the Warren Pkwy location. My order was a number 1 hold the ketchup hold the tomato and a number 11 hold the tomato. The lady taking the order interrupted and talked over me. The food we received was not what was ordered. Received a number 1 plain and dry and another number 1 with just ketchup and tomato. Both were Luke warm at best. The buns were cold and the meat was room temperature. Even the tots were almost raw. Tried calling the store twice, no answer. Worst experience ever.
