Wow after all the CEO has done and you guys still have such bad customer service!
Worst service..
Starbucks wastes SOOO much on constant remodeling, which is far from being "green" or good to the earth.
Where's Greta Thurnberg now? Think of the landfills full of Starbucks construction debris and demolished cou enters and furnishings. This location has trashed the condiment counter, chairs, tables, and the whole service counter then installed a brand new custom built one with a virtual wind tunnel.
I'm still no fan of anyone at a counter asking for a tip BEFORE the service has been performed. What's the motivation to excel when they already have your money? The world is already nauseated at Americans' excessive tipping, which became out of control after covid.
They are clearly making enough money on their products to do unnecessary remodeling and filling the landfills, so if you can't pay your team's salaries, don't hit me up for a tip on a $6 cup of coffee.
I'll tip servers that actually hone the skill of service.
Update: in response to the "canned" superficial response.... your CEO and upper echelon of management don't care as long as they reel in their 6 and 7 figure incomes. There's no way such brilliant minds don't know common sense of wastefulness and entitled attitude towards tips (panhandling) and need or want my input. They don't care. They are just hoping no one calls them on it.

Every single time i come in or go through the drive thru the black girl Mikaya or Makeala always has an off putting attitude unprovoked i understand having a bad day but every single time?

I am an HR Manager for a really large corporation headquartered in Dallas, the location is great for customers, not so much the employees. I worked from this location and the way the Male Mgr. spoke to his employees, makes me wonder why they still choose to be there. It's embarrassing as an employee to call out the negatives in front of customers and it made it seem like these kids were inferior to him. The work environment needs to change, I can't see that staff staying under these conditions. If this continues, you'll begin to wonder why you have such a high turnover. You have to do better by your employees.

People who are working there are so sweet and kind ?
Used to love this location! The girl Mikaela is not nice at all. Everytime I go through there she has an attitude with me and I don’t know why. Also not everyone is on the same page there. Needless to say, it was an awkward experience and I don’t plan on going back.

I hate giving a negative review; however, if Starbucks is going to have a regional/general manger in their store, THEY shouldn’t be at a table next to customers dealing with staff in a VERY loud voice. This man went on & on until my client & I finally decided to leave & go elsewhere because we couldn’t hear each other talk over this man. It was so rude & discourteous to every customer in there. Two students were trying to study for a final next to us, & they left because they couldn’t think straight.

If Starbucks can ask customers to provide tips in % that would be great. When I purchase a $5.96 coffee, the 15% tip is $0.89. However, currently, the starting tip is $1 but that looked too low so due to pressure I gave $2 tip. So my total came to $8+ for just one coffee. I was in shock after giving $2 as tip. I would please appreciate it if you can covert tip to % rather than $ amount. I or anyone cannot say “no tip” to the face of the person delivering my coffee. Please change this as I seriously in the edge of deciding not to come to Starbucks because of this!

Before you post a scathing review: remember that staff can see what you post. Be kind. If your coffee was not served the way you like it, you don't have to insult the barista.The staff of this location are professional, kind, and resilient employees. They always keep a smile on their face and radiate positivity. We don't just go here for the coffee. Y'all are so hard-working and under-appreciated. Thank you for making even the worst mornings a little better. The quality of the drinks served here really reflects the staff's dedication. Keep doing what ya'll are doing.
