Placed an order online and it only took a few minutes for my drink to be made once I arrived. I sat down to enjoy my coffee, but one of the staff members was loudly slamming items down and talking in a way that made it hard to relax. It was frustrating to try to sit in peace, so I ended up leaving. Hoping for a better experience next time.

I typically order online, and everything is done so well and so fast. By the time I go in to grab my order, the staff has even written a nice greeting on my cup, as well as enthusiastically greeting me as I step through the door. 10/10 would go back and would recommend.

I have gone here 3 times in the last week and all 3 times they got my order wrong and when I ordered I had to repeat the order several times and they didn’t understand even what size I asked for. I’ve worked at Starbucks before and I order a menu item and don’t make it complicated but it’s like they don’t focus or listen or pay attention and they are not friendly at all. And every time I go in the only one in the drive-thru since it’s early. I will not be going back to this location.

I’m not sure if every time my order is messed up someone new is working, but today was sooo disappointing.. I mean how do you mistake a dirty matcha latte for a chai latte? One is literally green. Just go to the Coit location instead.
