drinks are great but service is lacking, I came through the line and ordered a london fog and was met with annoyance from the manager, Rodrigo. whether a drink takes long to make or is fast to make, as a customer you should never feel like an inconvenience to others, especially when they are getting paid to do this work.

Again, Starbucks raised their prices. It's hit or miss with the coffee being the same, and the care and concerns for your order go out the window when they are busy.
Seriously, stop the tips it's the one job that they are doing. You're not being served any special services they get paid to make your coffee and microwave some food. Way over priced and then they expect a tip. It's time to give Starbucks a reality check.

Horrible service by Ayanna (?) my daughter and her friend ordered drinks with a Christmas gift card. I ordered separately and received my order before them. My daughter’s friend got her drink but my daughter waited over 20 mins. When I asked about my daughter’s drink as I noticed the drive thru was flowing and drinks were being made quickly. Ayanna(?) told me that her drink was probably still being made…a pink drink…it takes less than a min to make….I stayed at the counter waiting and another friendly staff member came up and inquired what I was waiting on. I told her and she then immediately made the drink. I am pretty sure Ayanna is racist against white people because she then proceeded to help a black man and made his drink straight away. I am saddened by this experience as we frequent this location often.

Probably the worst in the area. Consistently slower than any other Starbucks I’ve been to. Hire more helps or get coffee out faster the 10-15 minutes. Thought the cold brew was pre maid? Didn’t know they had to harvest the bean after the order

There has been a noticeable change in the quality of the product I have been receiving lately. Previously, my orders were consistently accurate and met my expectations. However, over the past month, I have observed a decline in the quality, leading me to believe that I am not receiving the same product I am accustomed to. I hope that the situation can be rectified and the product can return to its previous standard.

Don’t come to this location. I have been here very few times since they have opened and everytime I come here the coffee is insanely burnt completely ruining the drink. I go to 2 other locations besides this one and only have that problem here. It’s absolutely ridiculous for the price they charge you. I just spent $8 on a venti sugar cookie latte for me to not even be able to drink it due to the amount of how much the coffee beans were burnt. Not only this but both of the times I went inside to order instead of drive thru they were playing very loud rock music that made the environment unpleasant and unenjoyable to be in.

I went inside and the woman at the counter was so sweet! Her service was great! She gave me the goods! I got 2 blonde shots of espresso with a shot of white chocolate and a shot of cinnamon dolce with a splash of oat milk and it hit! I got some other things as well! All so yummy! Excited to return!

First and last time visiting this location. ✌?
Music is soooooooooo loud in here, they can’t hear you to give your order. You are yelling in here. No joke. No exaggeration.

“Ant” (the guy that took our order this morning) said “yeah well it’s our vibe in here”. ??‍♀️ I said “well maybe for a club but not for a coffee shop”.
Then he asked me what other Starbucks do I go to (implying that this is how they all are). Then pointed across the street and asked “have you been to our other location nearby”? (It’s cool bro, we won’t patron here again).

Only thing going for them there is they were fast with our sandwiches and frapp’s.

Instead of dinning in, we left to a more quiet, relaxing place.

Haven’t been here in a while. I normally do drive thru which is pretty quick. I was here on Monday and I wanted to try the Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato. I felt like I had just eaten a slice of warm apple pie. It was simply delicious. ?
