The music is so loud its like we are trying to sit and talk/work in a night club. Its much better when the manager is here, but when he isn't, the server kids make the music really loud.

Not the greatest experience. Placed a mobile order for two drinks and bakery item. Arrived to pick up my order and only one drink was in queue. After five minutes I asked about the other items. I got my croissant, but I had to ask again for my other drink. Eighteen minutes for a mobile order is a little excessive. During non-peak hours, I expect better

The knowledge or consistency has just gone down the drain. I’m here almost daily and daily have to ask for corrections. I try not to sound picky, try not to hold a lineup, it’s a pretty common drink. I’m not sure if this has turned into a training facility location. I may have to give this location a break until things can come back together.

Was gonna give 5 stars just for the service...I think the batista name was Eli(?) Cause she was super nice but HOLY i have no idea how she was working ALL shifts alone??? The manager gotta step up or get out cause save that poor girl

Service was a disaster today! Ordered drinks/food around 3.30. Got food only around 3.40 and no drinks until like 4.05.Mobile order status shows ready at 3.45 and she said “I am working on it”. Strawberry lemonade tasted a disaster! Where are our usual people at this location!!! Pumpkin drink “without whip” came with a full scoop of it! Couldn’t take the attitude and wait if I have to fix it, so went home and took it out!!

The lady who worked the drive through today at around 440pm was such a pleasure to deal with. She was polite and friendly. She had two French braids I didnt catch her name but she really gave me a great experience. Definitely reward her with something. Good employees are valuable and she's one of them.

This particular location is consistently one of the slowest Starbucks in the area, but today took the cake. After deciding to give it another shot (I’ve had multiple bad experiences here) I pulled up. Cars around the building as usual. Slow as usual. But this time I sat at the speaker and watched every car in front of my get their order and drive away while I continued waiting for someone to take my order. Multiple cars gone and I’m sitting at the speaker with nobody between me and the window in silence. Waiting. For a long time. After a few minutes I drove up to the window. I’m in a truck so it’s not like I was too low to see. I see a guy walk over and and start to take the order of the person who was waiting behind me. I waited for a while and drove away. Wasted 30 minutes. It’s almost as if they were trying to see how bad of an experience they could provide and they clearly take pride in being the worst store in the areas. I’m willing to pay for overpriced coffee and trash food, but today was over the top. I’m now late because I had to go to Dunkin to get coffee after spending almost 30 minutes sitting at Starbucks. Meanwhile, as I waited I reloaded my app. So they have my money for nothing. Amazing. Oh, and trying to provide feedback on their app is hilarious because it puts you in a loop wheee you can’t provide feedback. Amazing.

It's 7/6/25. I'm am having a very nice, tasty, and wonderful cup of white chocolate mocha made to perfection. There are 3 hard-working, professional, and caring employees named Lauren, Marian, and Khari. I watched how great and kind they treated other customers with a smile. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Come and check them out. They make a great team. I'll be back!

Great Starbucks location right off 380 with easy access and a convenient drive-thru. There’s both indoor and outdoor seating, and the inside is clean, spacious, and well laid out with plenty of seating options. I especially appreciate the number of outlets and USB ports for charging while you work or relax. Bathrooms are clean, and the drinks are consistently made to order—right in line with what you’d expect from Starbucks. Overall, a solid spot whether you’re grabbing a quick coffee or planning to hang out for a bit.

Starbucks did me dirty. Paying over $6 for a cup of ice & 3 sips of coffee is blasphemy. Flavor was good but not worth the price.
