Sophia and Emmanuel are absolutely amazing. I’m in town once a month for work, and they remember me every time. Not only do they remember my name, but they remember my order. Every morning I visit the service is friendly and fast, which is the best way to start a long day. I’m sure there are many other people with the same experience with these two. Stopped in for a quick breakfast and got two white mochas and a bagel. Both Sophia and Emmanuel were incredible. Super friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they care about the customer experience. Sophia had such a warm energy and Emmanuel kept the line moving smoothly without making anyone feel rushed. Small moments like that really make a difference in your day. Big thanks to both of them!

We come to this Starbucks all the time and it is in a nice hotel/location. Compared to every other Starbucks all over the country this is the slowest by far. Something is not working here. This is not a one time issue. Today we watched our coffees get started and sat there for 10 mins. We got our breakfast sandwiches, ate them, and still coffees just sat there while The girl that started them went to do other things (slowly). We live close by and walk here so we will probably keep coming but it is weird to see this over and over .
