As a daily patron of Starbucks for my trenta iced black tea, I’ve had routinely pleasant experiences at many Starbucks throughout Frisco. There is one barista, however, whose service and demeanor is exceptional, and that is Sophia at the AC Hotel at The Star. Sophia prepares my tea just as I like it and does it with a smile and sweet attitude (and she always remembers my name!)! Way to go!!

I asked them their names because they exceeded our expectations. They gave us incredible service. They helped the people in the group decide on the flavors and types of coffee and food. They served us quickly and in a very good way, always providing good treatment. Without a doubt, we left with an excellent shopping experience at this place.
