I mean it's a cute hotel tucked out by the Frisco Star. Just has an off feel to it. They were out of ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING sparkling at the bar. No Prosecco, no champagne so that was a bummer. Also the valet process is a bit weird and inconvenient ykiyk. Otherwise the room we stayed in was a nice one and I liked the hydration station. Also, the bathtub in our room was really cool. Big enough for like 3 people!
Probably 3.5 stars but rounding up bc of the front desk staff only. I was honestly shocked the rooms were as nice as they were here. The beds were soft and I loved the reusable bottles to refill with water. I waste so much plastic when I'm staying in hotels. I stayed with a group for a corporate event and while planning the event I was surprised at how horrible the booking team was.
