As a daily patron of Starbucks for my trenta iced black tea, I’ve had routinely pleasant experiences at many Starbucks throughout Frisco. There is one barista, however, whose service and demeanor is exceptional, and that is Sophia at the AC Hotel at The Star. Sophia prepares my tea just as I like it and does it with a smile and sweet attitude (and she always remembers my name!)! Way to go!!
What a delight to return back to this Starbucks location connected to the Marriott & see Sophia's smiling face & even to be remembered from my previous trip.

Outstanding service always make you feel like your at home. Sophia is always kind and has great memory for names of her customers and the drinks tgey prefer. Keep up the great job Sophia 👍
