This location was crowded on Black Friday night, we have plenty of options to drink and eat. Our order took almost 20 mins to be ready. Starbucks is overrated as what I think but you might find more details on their website. Giving 4 stars.

i love all the friendly baristas here! whenever i go to work i always stop by here every time and everyone is so kind. even if my drink is not accurate, the crew goes above and beyond to fix it and writes cute notes on my cup every time. i adore everyone's efforts and positivity to making this a great store everytime i'm here!

Worst experience!!!!!
I first requested a lavender matcha, but was told it was out of season. I then ordered a strawberry matcha, and honestly this was the worst matcha I’ve ever had. Instead of actually blending flavors, they just added strawberry foam on top. When I asked about syrup, the barista handed me an extra cup with syrup and told me to add it myself.

On top of that, I requested light ice, but as you can see in the pictures, the drink was loaded with ice. It barely lasted three sips before it was gone.

Overall, very disappointing — not at all what I expected from Starbucks.

I was so disappointed in not only the two $12 drinks that were so bitter and gross, but also the lack of customer service after attempting to fix the problem. After ordering and receiving the worst Starbucks drink that I’ve ever had. When we approached the counter we were ignored and then told that they could do NOTHING about the bitterness of the drink because it “always comes like that” the lady then walked away and proceeded to ignore us. This has been the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had and is why they are starting to lose my business. I will never order at this location again.

I gave it another try here, but unfortunately, I was disappointed with the drink again. I understand it’s a busy time, but it’s frustrating when the vanilla syrup I paid for isn’t added—even after requesting a remake. Attention to detail goes a long way.

I ordered my regular drink that I order daily. Vt cinnamon dolce latte with extra toppings. The cinnamon dolce toppings makes the drink delicious.. Really good. I didn’t extra so I walked up to get extra. Elise said this is all we have. And continues to make other drinks. So I continue to stand there. She comes back and asks what I needed. I told her. Again she said that’s all we have. I said are you sure you don’t have any in the back. She goes and whispers to the cashier and the cashier looks at me and points to the toppings. So Elise walks over and sprinkles some in my drink while she talks underneath her breath. As if I couldn’t hear what she was saying. It was a simple task. Simple. This mall has at least three Starbucks and I will visit them. Very rude and disrespectful Elise. Please do better when the next time someone buys a 8 dollar drink and asks for extra sprinkles. :)

I own a store in the mall the manager today is very rude I asked to buy a gallon of milk as a favor. She refused and was rude about it. When your store was out of ice I gave you a tub full as a neighbor. I guess Starbucks employees don’t believe in being neighborly.

Two days in a row! I coming to Starbucks stonebrier center and the attention was the worst
One off the day the barista was super rude. And the second day I wait almost 20 mins for my online order.

Me and my brother was at the mall he went and purchased a bottled water. It was around 755. I came back in 759 afterwards the young lady was shutting the gate and I asked can I get a bottle water white guy with a beard behind the counter said NO we’re closed. Get it elsewhere ELSEWHERE statement Came from a place of feeling low key racist he looked at me hesitated and stil said No. Never felt so embarrassed and belittled on top of I needed to take my meds Anyhow . Never go to that Starbucks I will be writing corporate also!!!
