The chicken quesadilla came shoved in the pouch and this is the second time I’ve ordered a burrito with only beef and cheese and they’ve given me ONLY BEAN. Pay attention people.

Ordered on line. Picked up when it said it was ready. Ice cold food. Didn't receive all of my order. No mild sauce or hot sauce. No onion/cilantro mix. Paid for this but didn't receive. Will go to other locations from now on. $19 thrown down the toilet

Charging for Water? Seriously.

This Taco Bell has one of the worst customer service policies I’ve ever seen. I came in with my son and asked for a cup for water, and they wanted to charge $1.00 per cup. Seriously? We weren’t asking for soda or anything extra, just water.

The employee was polite, but hiding behind a “new manager’s policy” doesn’t make this any better. If you’re that worried about people stealing soda, move the drink station behind the counter instead of punishing paying customers.

Charging for water is ridiculous and feels greedy. I won’t be coming back here, and I’d encourage others to think twice about supporting a place that nickel-and-dimes people for something as basic as a cup of water.

You don’t deal with staff much as its digital order but the establishment is very unkept. Floors dirty, crickets on floor, at 1pm on Sunday. Greasy fingerprints on chairs, and windows. Looks like it wasn’t cleaned from the previous day.

The workers were extremely immature and rude. They looked at my friend and I and said “ He’ll Nah”. We assume they were talking about our looks, it wasn’t too clear but either way was rude and disrespectful. My friend and I feel very insecure now and upset

Went through the drive through, there was a lady that was extremely aggressive and rude. I’ve brushed it off the first few times but she is always in a bad mood. We had some questions about the menu but she was very short with us and wouldn’t answer. The lady that spoke with us on the headset had moved to the kitchen and there was a young boy at the window, whenever we got to the window she looked at us, tapped her co workers and pointed and us and proceeded to say “oh hell nah” and they all laughed at us. I presume it was because of our appearance, but this is a foul way to treat a customer and it is unacceptable. Hopefully something will change but I am doubtful.

Hi everyone,
Today I want to share an unfortunate experience I had at taco bell coit rd & university dr on July 30th.

I placed a drive-thru order and was asked to park while they finished preparing it. A team member later brought the order out to my car, which I appreciated. However, after checking the bag, I realized one item was missing.

I parked again and walked inside to politely ask the staff to check. One of the staff members at the counter reviewed the order and confirmed that an item had indeed been missed. They promptly prepared and handed over the missing item — which was good service up to that point.

However, what happened next was disappointing. The employee at the counter, a young Black male, made an inappropriate comment implying that I may have eaten the item and returned to falsely claim it was missing. He said something along the lines of, “Did you eat it and now come back saying one’s missing?” and repeated it again, adding that “some people do that.”

I was genuinely offended by this accusation and asked him to clarify what he meant. It was upsetting to be treated with such suspicion over a simple mistake on their part. I spent over $20 on my order, and questioning my integrity over a $2-3 item was completely uncalled for.

I’m sharing this to bring the matter to the attention of management, in the hope that staff can be trained to handle such situations more professionally and respectfully. Mistakes happen, but how they’re addressed makes all the difference in customer experience.

1:50 all ways bad attitude from the drive through lady I’m a construction worker working under the sun all morning going to enjoy my peacefuly and order my food on the machine and waiting to get my drink I’m so thirsty working all the morning under the sun and all ways the same lady gives me that look even do she
is not doing anything and finally today she says the drink gives you when the orders is ready just to let you know i said but i can get it always before right so no answer back from her just that looking

If she doesn’t want to work don’t show up I’m sure there is some one will appreciate the opportunity

I had a very bad experience during my recent visit to Taco Bell, despite ordering in advance through the app. It still took 11 minutes to get my food,

Unfortunately, the quality and taste of the food were even more disappointing:
1. Mexican Pizza – The sauce was extremely limited, and the beans tasted very dry, almost like frozen beans that weren’t properly cooked. The quantity of beans was also too much, throwing off the balance and flavor of the dish.
2. Chalupa Supreme – The chalupa shell was very hard and dry, making it feel like it was frozen and just reheated. It lacked the freshness and softness expected from a chalupa.

Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Taco Bell. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving the quality and consistency of your food and service.

I hope Tac bell management takes some serious actions.

Poor service from staff, food quantity is very minimal. Staff has no welcome attitude. Also new rule listen at this location which $1 for a water cup.. seriously.. who charge for a water cup at restaurant???? Never coming back at this location.
