Worst customer service ever ! I simply told them they forgot a taco and made such a big deal out of it. She kept rubbing her face and rolling her eyes like I was an inconvenience!? Mind you there wasn’t any line or anything so I wasn’t holding anyone up. This Taco Bell always forgets something every time I go. I don’t recommend this Taco Bell at all! I was ordering different meals for other people of course I am gonna need all my food to be there.

It was all around a crappy visit. At first they shorted me on the food I ordered. And the food I did get was terrible quality, the tortilla was shredded up with the insides all over the place.

what a worst experience. waited for 45 minutes for a single taco and couldn't get any response rather than we are trying to making it. walked away without even food and just wasting my money and time. Horrible experience staff was very rude.

Sat in line for 10 minutes at 10:40pm on Sunday night, the line moved forward one car the whole time. Line wrapped around the building. Customer service has gone down so much.
They took more than 90 min to give us our food and the tables inside weren't clean.

This is not fast food. Our family could eat at a dine in Mexican restaurant faster than a to go order is even made here. We put our order in on the app while headed home from a long day of traveling for pick up so we could get it home faster. Our order was expected by 7:23. It was not even started by 7:45. We asked about the order around 7:25 and were given our drinks. Our food order still was not started until about 30 minutes after that. Hands down the worst fast food wait of my life. Should have went to a restaurant and had a margarita over dealing with this ridiculous wait time. It makes me sick that we didn’t just cancel our order but we had been traveling since 6am and hoped to save time by picking it up on the way. What a joke.

when i tell u i have gone here multiple times and the service is ALWAYS bad. don’t even bother doing a pickup time because they won’t put it on the shelf at the time and they’ll make it too early and hold it in the back, and you will just be standing there waiting for it. no one really attends to the front either and u just have to flag someone down. once my tacos were literally half filled w ZERO SAUCE and they had been sitting out for so long they didn’t even taste like they were supposed to.

Sat at the counter for over 6 minutes before I had to raise my voice to get anyone's attention. They then dismissed me. Takes forever to get food. Either the manager or shift manager cussed at me as I walked out the door. Horrible place.
