“The Omni Lookout Lounge is one of our favorite spots to unwind and take in the ambiance of the venue and beautiful view. However, I have to share that the only reason we go there is because of our favorite bartender, Antonio. His skills and personality are on point and although he always remembers exactly what I like, when in a mood for something unique or different he masterfully whips up something I always love. He has a genuine, kind spirit that shows in his demeanor towards you as soon as you walk in and sit down. He cares about what you want and then makes sure you are enjoying every sip. It is mesmerizing to just watch him make the cocktails. Mixology at its finest. Antonio makes you feel at home and always serves us with a smile. Blessed to know him and be able to visit and enjoy our time and feel like you are sitting across from someone who cares and takes what he does seriously on all levels. He’s one of the best!??“

“Great atmosphere, food, and service.“

“My wife and I came here around 12:30a today and the experience sucked compared to 5 star experience we had last time. I had to track down someone to take my order. Eventually, our waitress came to us and we placed orders for a frozen sangria, ranchero pizza, and nachos. We moved from inside to the outdoor seating because it was a bit chilly inside. The food came quickly. The ranchero pizza was good if give it a 4/5. It had a good robust flavor. The nachos was just okay, the queso was cold and the steak toppings lacked flavor. The frozen sangria was just okay as well, because it had an unpleasant aftertaste. However, the night went downhill for us, and everyone who was eating outside when the roaches came, literally. At one table the roach flew over a woman's head. A roach crawled on the ground near us. We couldn't finish eating after that and went inside to find the waitress who was talking to customers and vaping. I have to mention that a few people outside were smoking. In Plano this is against the city ordinance. Our waitress seemed oblivious that everyone that was outside can't inside and seemingly everyone left after that. I brought you that roaches were swarming and going over people's and cratering by our feet and she attributed it to the weather. I've eaten outside before and never had to deal with roaches. I paid and left. The busser was very attentive and helpful however shout out to him. I would have included pictures of the roaches but I was busy dodging them.“

“First, despite being a long term user of OpenTable I can not make a reservation. I successfully reserved a table for 2, but not the 5 I needed for my daughter's 16th birthday. Woops. However, the hosting team quickly was still able to seat us moments later at our appointed time despite my error. First, bravo. Second, goes to Ben who was authentically interested in service without being pushy. My family never worried about drink glasses being empty and food was brought so timely it could have been a symphony the way it was conducted. Third, bravo goes to the kitchen who executed consistently well throughout the night and delivered with Ben's help a birthday surprise for my girl's Sweet Sixteen. The management at Bulla deserves a lot of credit for the excellence the team performs and I love it every time I go for a meal.“

“Quartino Ristorante Grandscape is a must visit! The food is excellent here, nice cocktails, nice beer selection, and GREAT wine selection! Dinning and Brunch are fabulous, but the Happy Hours are spectacular, especially on Wednesday where their incredible wines (glass or bottle) and delicious pizzas are half off! Great service whether sitting in the dining room or at the very nice spacious bar, the service is unbeatable and if you get the pleasure of having Mikayla as your server, then you are in for a treat because she is top notch at her craft and you will enjoy your time there even more! You Go Mikayla!!“
