Good one but they should tidy the place a bit. It's all a but messed up and not very neatly arranged. All items available are good quality.
Absolutely one of the slowest staff I've ever seen. The girl today was sleeping on the counter. I could have just taken the items checked out but I had to wake her up. Then, the meat guy doesn't speak fluent English which makes it 10x harder to order meat.

I generally take chicken here. The meat is not fresh. Got stomach upset.

I'm a picky eater — North Indian is my go-to, and I only enjoy a handful of Kerala dishes, strictly home-cooked. So when I say H2S Catering knocked every single dish out of the park at a birthday party last week, that means something... Full stamp of approval. Book them... 8.8/10
I was so excited to find a place offering Pothi Choru in Frisco, but it was a massive disappointment. The Pothi Choru was mostly just a mountain of rice with a single spoon of avial and incredibly chewy beef. Worse, we were explicitly told it would include beef, chicken, and fish, but when we got home, there was no chicken to be found in the parcel.
The service was horrible and completely disorganized. Despite waiting 45 minutes for our order, they still managed to mess it up and leave items missing. Taste-wise, nothing had that authentic, traditional flavor you'd expect.
To top it off, the shop itself is a total mess. It felt unclean and unhealthy, with grocery items cluttered all over the place instead of a clean dining environment. I will definitely not be going back.
I’m kind of becoming a regular customer here because of the plantain fry and beef cutlets. They also have other kerala snack items like sukhiyan, parippuvada, bonda etc.

Honestly, this was a pretty disappointing experience. The staff attitude was not great at all—it felt rude and unwelcoming right from the start. Especially the guy at the front desk… come on, you’re in the service industry. A little basic courtesy and a better tone would make a huge difference.
Coming to the food, the fish curry was a complete letdown. It had a strong burnt smell, and it honestly felt like it shouldn’t have been served in that condition. It just ruined the whole dish. The only good part of the meal was the payasam, which was actually nice.
Overall, between the staff behavior and the food quality, it didn’t meet expectations at all. Really hope they improve both service and consistency going forward.

Honestly had a really bad experience. Tried calling the restaurant multiple times to order food and meat and no one picked up. Finally someone answered, but the way he spoke was very rude. The worst part is he thought the call got disconnected and started speaking badly about customers, which I could clearly hear. That’s completely unacceptable. Ever since the new management took over, this place has gone bad. Definitely not the same anymore. I’d suggest avoiding this restaurant.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I went there to buy meat, but the staff behavior was extremely unprofessional. The person at the counter was not responsive at all and seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. While billing, he was carelessly throwing the meat into bags and didn’t even seem comfortable handling it, which is concerning for a place selling fresh meat. When I asked for snacks and had a few questions, he was not willing to answer properly and gave no clear response.
Overall the service quality has gone down significantly after the new management. The experience was frustrating, and I would not recommend this place for buying meat or food

Their meat shop looked sus, but decided to buy a tray of nihari meat because I urgently needed it. Came home only to find out that the meat was rotten. It looked fine from the top of the tray, but the black, rotten part was hidden away. Too bad, can't go back for refund. Just be aware and make sure you look through the tray before you buy.

This is now a Kerala restaurant, and let me tell you how good the food is, it’s great!! It’s totally malayalee food, fish curry, chicken roast, parotta etc. This is truly authentic, and reminds me of kerala!! Varghese is the chef, and he puts his touch from parts of Trichur and Kochi, and it’s great! You will not be disappointed!! Their Kerala style biriyani is top notch too!!
