Had a terrible experience. We purchased our tickets a week ago to see Wicked. When we arrived, we were told they sold seats to this movie that did not exist. It was explained that they used a schematic for this movie that did not exist. No notification in advance. Lines of people upset that they didn’t have a seat- and only way we found out was walking into the theater and finding out the seats were gone. Super disappointing. Mistakes happen but this seems like a big mistake...read full review
