laid-back atmosphere, very cool crowd. And the locals are a lot of fun. Love the fact that you can order in the food you want. They are a Bar and Tavern atmosphere, with nice TV monitors to watch sports on. Very good bar and wait staff.

Not a lot of options on whiskey selection. Bartenders were friendly but did not enjoy their cussing. Customers who seem to be their "regular" with some takeout food from elsewhere were cussing with them as well. Low class. One of the worst old fashion I have ever had. Smoke from cigar bar next door was noticeable in the store. Not my kind of place.

So, went to the Tavern for the 1st time to watch a band. My wife, daughter and daughter's boyfriend. I opened a tab with those specific 4 people on my tab. No food, just drinks. The band played for a couple of hours, I drank beer during the band playing. At the end of the night, the waitress handed me a tab for over $245.00. I complained, looked at the itemized tab and complained some more. Wasn't getting anywhere so I signed it and left. The owner caught me outside and asked me to explain why I was upset. There is no way that everything on the tab was mine. someone had 15 Jack & Cokes on there?? WTH... $245.00 divided by 4 would mean that each person had $61.25 worth of drinks and I was drinking beer... According to my math, this place is WAY OVERPRICED for what it's worth....

We, and another gentleman, were turned away by the bartender who stated she was closing early. Published closing time 12am. A couple of nights prior we were turned away at 7:30 p.m. because of a private party. Tried 2 times... won't be back.

Great Tavern in the unique Frisco Square ! This is the perfect place to unwind with an excellent crafted cocktail. I enjoyed the whisky selection and the attention the bar staff paid to our group. We are looking forward to our next visit.
