Food service was terrible through drive thru at 2:30pm on Saturday February 3rd. I waited for almost 20 minutes just to get a chipotle chicken sandwich and they missed my side item. I had to honk my horn to remind them I was still waiting. Terrible service.

I went to this place for the first time today. There are very good healthy choices on the menu. Smoothies come in only one size and I needed a much smaller one to bring to work. I ordered in the drive thru. Ordered a 'dilla with the kale/apple salad. I'm at work and I open to eat lunch and there's no napkins, no fork to eat the salad. wth? Do they expect you to eat a salad with your hands? geez I will say that the bahama mama smoothie is really good.

Came here and got an $8.50 smoothie. They want me to tip on top of that. This tipping culture has gotten out of control. Is it because this owner can’t pay his employees a livable wage so they have to rely on the kindness of strangers for tips? I’m just curious. I work at the gas station down the street. Next time you fill up your car with gas, come inside and give me a tip please.

Smoothies are great, but food is below standard and very pricey. Paid for extra chicken and there was no extra chicken and little veggies. Customer service is ok.

Great for a smoothie, iced coffee or sandwiches. Has a variety of smoothies and drinks. I suggest the avocadlida. I suggest the Avocado grill cheese with bacon sandwich. Reasonable pricing and quick drive through. You can order ahead through app. If you order through app first time then you earn a free smoothie.
placed an online order and walked in right at 11:30 to pick up my smoothies and food but the smoothies were severely melted and had obviously been made too soon. very poor and when asked how long they had been sitting since it was visibly melted from the top -- i was told only 5 min.

We love tropical smoothie Café! But today, April 15 at around noon, we literally sat in line behind two other vehicles for 20 minutes. There was not a long line, the service was just extremely slow. Normally we’ve had a good experience.

I ordered Turkey wrap for my kids. It was delivered via door dash. The turkey meat was spoil. I attempted to contact this location several times and no one answered the phone. This is the worst. I will pass it to the county food inspector.
