Ordered a bowl online on 5/12. Came to the store to pick it up at 8:30 (store supposed to open at 8) and door was locked and it appeared that nobody was inside or let alone opened the store. I have not even received a refund- what a joke.

I order a non - chicken, non dairy Power Panini and they gave me chicken which messed with my religious fasting for Holy Lent. I will not be return to order from here.

Update: we stopped in here today to try them out in person. The girl at the counter is definitely not interested in customer service—she acted like we were keeping her away from something. Absolutely no one else in the store. A young lady came in and stood waiting at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to be acknowledged while the girl was making our bowls. The açaí tasted freezer burnt and the granola was stale. PLEASE do yourself a favor and avoid. I’m out $32 for inedible food.

Business page shows that this business is open… Ordered through Uber, driver arrived to find restaurant closed with no signage to indicate different hours.

At this point, I blame myself. For years we’ve come here, and for years it’s common to find a late order, missing item, or just overall quality issues. This time, an order for 5 bowls that was ordered online for a 4:10 pickup was not only not ready at 425, but the best part was the employee hadn’t even looked at the ticket yet. As a result, the order was over 20 minutes late (with no apology), with some melting while the others were made. Again, it’s my own fault, but like others who live around here, we really want it to be good.

There was another person at the counter to order. There were 4 other tables sitting with no food, waiting. A man sitting behind
Me seemed exasperated. He made a phone call and I heard him say he was waiting for 45 min. At this point I had been waiting for my food for at least 20
Minutes. I got another workers attention through the kitchen door window. I asked if my order was almost finished - he answered Yes, but when I asked how much longer, he said he didn’t know. I cancelled and left. Don’t waste your time. 👎🏼😑

The service her was amazing. We stopped by between soccer games and only person was working. He took our orders and worked hard to get everything out. He even made sure to bring the food out for our girls so they could eat between games. So kind and all our orders were right. Everyone enjoyed their food we had acai bowls, smoothies and sandwiches.
Thanks to the two young men working.

It all my years of ordering the Glow bowl and in 3 different states, this is the worst of the worst. It was an hour late, missing mint, few crumbles of cheese, no pickled onions, soggy and cold. $17 for this…. Who owns and manages this place is what I’d like to know.

Never again will I order from them. In person or via delivery.

I am a regularrr. I mean a loyalty member. I’m always here. I walked into here today at 6:30 for 2 juices. The girl stated they were done making juices for the day because they cleaned the machine already. I was literally confused.

I told her that was unacceptable since they are still open for business. She then said okay I’ll call my manager. She didn’t call Anyone. She just gave me my total.

Then she didn’t give me all my change and said they were out of Pennie’s, dimes and nickels.

I want the rest of my change back and if this is how this place is going to be ran, I won’t come back.

Bowl was ok nothing special especially considering the $15 price point. Center seemed to be frozen while outside was liquid. Customers service left a lot to be desired. Started with the dirty table with trash even though the building was empty. The cashier may have been having a bad day but made me feel as though my presence alone was an annoyance to her. Sadly won’t be back, would gladly trade longer wait time for a better all around experience. I usually go to Acai bowl they have cheaper prices, taste better, and at least look me in the eyes but this place is closer.

Terrible. Nobody in the place. Put an order in online. Got there. Employee said they were understaffed and that’s why the food wasn’t ready. Got half sizes even though we paid for full sizes. Put bananas on something we said no bananas on. Only one kind of chips out and she refused to go to the back to get more. Just terrible.

I loved this place for açaí bowls but after this experience I will not be returning. My açaí bowl was missing peanut butter and honey. The açaí was frozen and not even half filled with açaí. Super disappointing :(
