Vitality Bowls Frisco - Starwood

I walked in and no one was visible, but a young woman did walk out by the time I made it to the register. No greeting. I picked a juice from the fridge and went to check out and she added a 15% tip! On a pre-packaged juice! I changed it to 0% tip and she finished the transaction and went back in the back. I was in there for just a few minutes, but the whole experience was uncomfortable. I think I will just go down the street to Nektar next time.

I'm editing my review to say I think my experience is with the same young woman with a bad attitude that multiple reviewers have referenced.

I used to get the Immunity Bowl here several years ago. It had been a while. - I was in the area and dropped in. They don't have the Immunity Bowl anymore, but the Dragon Bowl is similar with the bee pollen and immunity powder. It was delicious!
I see that the recent reviews of this place aren't very good. I had a great experience today though. I guess they've made improvements. Service was good, everything was clean, and the bowl was delicious.

Showed up 50 minutes after openning and all out of granola and card reader isnt working. The card reader I can understand but how are you going to be out of a key component to many of your offerings? Service was okay and cleanliness looked like they had been up and running for hours stuff on the counters and floor. Food was okay but not amazing might have changed if I had real granola or not who knows.

We just purchased five Vitality Bowls for $80.05, only to find that the amount of acai in each bowl was barely a spoonful. We visit this location almost three times a week, but after this experience, we won't be returning.

Açaí was not authentic..barely had any taste. Sad to say that it was a waste of $13 for a bowl.

I just ordered a medium vitality bowl from this location, only to find that my “açaí bowl” was really just granola. There was less than half an inch of the fruit base in my bowl (see spoon in pic for reference). 100% do not recommended blowing your money on a $13 bowl of granola!

Place was empty and no staff to be found, couple minutes of us calling for someone until we got help. Baily the worker there had the worst attitude and we found a hair in our bowl and when brought to her attention there was no apology or offered to help the situation. That explains why this place is empty…. I hope management does something because this is disgusting

I ordered the green bowl and I asked the cashier what was graviola because I have a food allergy to granola and she said no it's a fruit so I start eating the bowl on the side and as I got closer to the middle I tasted granola. I went back inside and told them that I told her that I had a food allergy to granola and she said well you started eating it already I said I don't care I told you I had a food allergy and I did not want granola and so she went and got the manager and I had to explain to her again and so they re-made it but they hardly made it right. the green smoothie part has lumps in it so it's like they didn't try to do it over correctly. very displeased and will never go again that's the last 15 bucks you'll get from me

The Açai was good but the service is terrible and the place is dirty. The employee was not friendly at all or welcoming. She didn’t even give us a bag to carry out our food and left us before we could even ask for anything. I had to go knock on the back door after waiting patiently for her to return, she came out looking really mad, handed us a bag and went to the back again. I do not like to confront people and maybe she was having a bad day but this is what keeps me from going to this place.

I ordered the steak and Chimichurri steak bowl. My work uses a food delivery app and the bowl came on time as advertised. The meat/steak was cold, but I know that this restaurant has no control over delivery times in transit.

The overall flavor was great. The steak was tender. There are lots of flavors packed into the bowl. I wish there was just. A little more Chimichurri sauce. The bowl was a little dry.

I will eat here again.

The food and smoothies tasted great… the restaurant itself was filthy. Tables were dusty, floors were sticky, and the restrooms were disgusting. There was water all over the floor and it smelled. The owner needs to have his employees clean.
