It's the weirdest thing. Multiple times now they make my order as I arrive. Sure it might be more fresh. But the point of ordering ahead of time with the app seems pointless. Especially when I take my sweet time to get there and they still hadn't made my order more than twice

Just stopped by a few minutes before the closing time stated on here to get a frosty (didn’t realize it was almost closing til I checked the time on here), and on top of that, there is a sign marketing that they were open even one hour later than that, but I sat in the drive-through for a few minutes, not getting a reply. Then I pull up to the window and they’re not responding so I try to walk inside because the actual neon open sign is still on, but the door is locked…

Food is up to the Wendy's standard. Service was a little slow. Beverages were almost all out of order. Floor was slippery from a thin layer of grease. I mean, it's fast food. Expectations weren't super high.
