Honestly I should give myself the 1 star for ever coming back to this location. It's always terrible. Either the wait time is ridiculous or they miss items in your order. The only thing consistent here is that they are inconsistent. Why can't corporate step in and help figure this out.

Unfortunately they got both of our orders wrong and then another order in thy drive thru as well. Then our fries 🍟 were cold and soggy. The manager guy was really nice though and fixed everything for us, so Kudos for that

Don't come here for lunch unless you have a LOT of time. The staff is never prepared for lunch crowd. 10 minutes to place an order, then had to repeat my order to 2 different people twice at the drive thru window and they still messed up my order. Better places with better service for lunch.

Avoid this place at all costs especially if you are in a hurry. 6 am sat in line for 15 minutes. Once I finally got to the window, the guy there read back 3 wrong orders to me and eventually I had to just order again. That leads to another 5 minute wait at the window while they make one item that they still didn't get right. It shouldn't be this hard to get food in a hurry. That's the concept of "fast food" but this is anything but.

This Whataburger while they have OK and nice people the food is horrible. They never get the order correct which just angers me because on their window, it says “Just like YOU like it”. Well I never get it just how I like it from them.

Order through door dash. Order was delivered timely, however, so much was wrong. Cold stale fries, stale texas toast, wrong drinks. I called the store and the kid that answered was clearly goofing off. I told him the issue and asked to speak with a manager. He yelled the managers name and about a minute later I was hung up on. I called back and it rang several times and the same kid answers "my manager said come in and exchange the food" I again asked to speak with the manager and was hung up on again after being placed on hold. My husband calls and no on picks up. The late night crew really need to learn phone etiquette and customer service.
This is the slowest Whataburger I've ever been to. 20 min waiting and counting in the drive thru at 6pm on Sunday.

Sometimes, the wait here is lengthy, but our order is always correct. Food always served hot and they table deliver it. I tried the coffee ☕️ tonight, and I don't recommend it. The cashier even made a fresh pot, but it tasted like cheap coffee. The breakfast taquitos were generous, tasty serving sizes!
