Supposed to be a sweetened spicy burger I was told it a junior burger and the lady wanted pictures so here’s the pictures in order for her to replace it. I’m over it and will not be back to this location.

Poor service took 25 min just to get our chicken sandwich with no one in the lobby or anyone at the drive thru when asked about my food after 20 min I got the excuse the chicken takes 8 minutes to cook then I asked after 25 the excuse was the onion rings. Pathetic.
Fast pace restaurant, food was delicious and customer service was amazing! 10/10 experience while I was in town, will be coming back to this location again!

I received my order in a good time, everything was accurate and to my liking. Customer service was very friendly and the business looked clean and well kept. Most definitely will be returning.

After completing our order with the nice boy at the kiosk we were told to pull into the right lane behind two other vehicles. I believe there was only one vehicle at the drive thru window at that point. If memory serves correctly, it was roughly 1:45 when this occurred. We watched 5-6 vehicles file through the actual drive thru lane while we sat and sat and sat behind these two vehicles for approximately 15 minutes. I had an appointment at 2pm and no way to contact the person to let them know I was running late and in fact LITERALLY trapped in the drive thru lane, which by the way... fire hazard! Finally there was a clearing in the drive thru lane with at least another 5 vehicles behind us. So my husband switched over to the window. The guy kind of ignored us at first and actually walked away from the window. Upon his return I must have been staring hard enough to get his attention. My husband told him that we had been waiting too long and were now late for an appt and just needed our food. Thankfully he was able to retrieve it quickly. But that made me wonder why they hadn't been able to bring it out to us sooner as it was. I might mention that while we sat at the window, I peered in only to see associates moving at the speed of molasse with all of these poor people waiting in the drive thru for our orders. This entire incident made me question if I even want to return to this location again despite it being less than a mile from my home. My family hadn't had access to Whataburger in 8 years since we moved away from this part of the country. Now that we're back, the customer service at the establishes here in our new area have been really off putting and sad. Whataburger used to have the best customer service and was very proud to hold that title. I don't even like Chic-fil-A but would gladly go across the street and give them business over supporting this establishment because I know I will be treated as a valued customer.

The quality of the food and service is consistently excellent. However, the absence of a traditional, personal greeting due to the placement of large-screen computers at the counter is somewhat regrettable.

Worst location in America. Bunch of little kids with bad attitudes that can’t do anything right. Today’s my last day at this establishment and will be in touch with cooperate. Bought 4 piece tender and tenders are old and dry and gave me enough gravy for 2 tablespoons. Get real

Every time I come in to eat I am greeted by Asuncion Robles the day time Manager. She makes sure that my order is FRESH to ORDER and CORRECT. The eating area is ALWAYS CLEAN and the temperature is just right. I appreciate the FRESH COOKED FOOD every time I dine in No Complaints at all. I work in The Colony and I will drive from there to eat in the Frisco Whataburger instead. I Love me some WHATABURGER!!!!😉
