We ordered almost $110 in food. They didn’t have the fountain drink open. They gave us the order without one combo and we requested for it and after 30 minutes and after serve more people first… and after all the group finished their food. We received the combo. Also we requested some sauces to dip, and the manager with pink hair was rude and told us that we had to pay for sauces. AFTER $110 ORDER. We can’t even get sauces. That’s crazy. Horrible service and poor management. I will Never come back!

I’ve never encountered more consistent incompetence on my entire life. When pulled into the drive thru I was the ONLY car there. I’ve been in line now for a #13 meal and a BBQ chicken strip sandwich meal for nearly 45 minutes. It’s 2 meals, incomprehensible. When I asked the worker at the window, what was going on? He only said “I it’s the guys making the food I don’t make the food” there are at least eight staff working right now. You can go to any other fast food restaurant and get food in and out in less than five minutes consistently why Whataburger cannot manage. This is beyond me.

This is the most inefficient location I have ever been to, and unfortunately, the closest to my home. With 3 cars in the drive through it took over 15 minutes to receive your order. When you do receive your order the fries are cold and inedible. Don't go to this location. TERRIBLE!

They are so slow
Worst customer service ever. Our job as Uber Eat delivery drivers is limited to picking up orders from restaurants and delivery; we are not restaurant employees. When we walked inside to pick up the order, the store employees handed me two empty drink cups and told me to fetch it on my own. However, it wasn't my responsibility. The food wasn't ready and packaged yet. We needed to do everything by ourselves like restaurant employees when we were just customers

The slowest crowd ever .more than 30 mins to get our order. Restaurant was empty but they claimed they had a lot of order ahead of ours.

Like most people, Whataburger has been a go to restaurant my whole life. This Particular experience was great, it actually reminded me of the burgers from Whataburger when I was a kid, absolutely loaded with lettuce, tomato, and all the extras. Fantastic food, fantastic service, as good as it gets for hamburgers.

Waited 30 minutes for two burgers. There were two other cars in line with us, why is it taking 30 minutes.

It took 40 minutes to receive our food. The fries were cold, and because we ask for it to go they put it all in a small kids meal bag and it barley fit. When they finally brought us our order they forgot our shake and ranch that they charged me for. The burger was good, and the cashier seemed friendly, but overall this Whataburger location is heading in the wrong direction.
