Was one of my favorite places and now my last several orders have had issues.
Ordered at 4:49 directly online - wasn’t ready until 5:38.
Not only that, I walked in simply to confirm my order was actually placed (as there were issues with the app and I had to confirm with my bank that I was charged, just to confirm they received my order), and the gentleman in the kitchen had to come out to the front due to a language barrier and asked if I wanted it canceled.
Customer service was terrible. Walked in to an empty place and ordered 10 wings and a drink to go. She never made eye contact, turned her back and said 15 min. So I sit and wait…at 30 min I get up & ask about my food - she looks at the back and at the receipts and walks off, then just comes back to the desk to take an order.
