“We are slowly working our way through different items on the menu. My son loves the coke based drinks with various syrups, Razzbear is one of his faves. The hot chocolate and the frozen hot chocolate is very good. My favorite is a smoothie. Not everything is soda based/fizzy and the menu is huge! they have games like connect 4 to play.“

“Amazing drinks and grab a fresh Poke best deal and drinks in town. The boba is solid, I know because I’m Asian. Truthfully you can get boba anywhere, but to get the best head to Trophy. They have friendly workers and tons of parking. The matcha latte is very on point and try the tuna it’s so good.“

“It was my first time here…I was welcomed in with smiling faces. Kairen recommended the Mango monsoon and it was DELICIOUS. I also got the buffalo chicken wrap that she recommended and she hit the nail on the head with the spice level!!! I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK FOR MORE!!!“

Went here a couple of times with friends. Walking in, I liked how vast the space is, and the ability to lounge and enjoy my drink! The Happy Lemon in Bellaire is smaller so coming here with my friends is a better holistic experience.
I also love the drinks. I got a grapefruit yakult and my husband got the mango matcha smoothie. We both loved our drinks! Really refreshing and the bubble waffles are always a nice addition to our meal. Salted Cheese with a matcha filling, tear off each bubble… and you have the perfect snack!
I would definitely be coming back in the future! Highly recommend!
PS: Get the Yuzu drink! It’s the cross of a lemon and an orange and it’s SOOO good. Highly recommend!!!“

“Great coffee, but even better is the customer service. Kudos to the management for having such welcoming and friendly servers. Interacted with a number of them on various visits and they were all so kind and courteous. My only complaint is the price of the Coffee. $6 for a small cup is just too much!“

“I love the BR coffee bar. The coffee tastes okay, and I purchase the teas and shakes at Black Rock compared to the coffee. The coffee tastes over-extracted and bitter. I don't know why BlackRock makes coffee in this manner. The coffee on tap doesn't offer the elegance of a hot coffee from Starbucks or Joe Muggs or a local coffee store. My favorite blended coffee drink at Black Rock is the Jackhammer. Black Rock Katy suffers from high employee turnover, and the quality of the blended drinks are variable from barista to barista. On weekdays, from around 5 PM until the coffee bar closes, Black Rock staffs one barista working the restaurant. Why? They should offer a minimum staffing of two baristas at the coffee bar at all times. I observed high school students from Paetkow congregating at the coffee shop after they graduate from the high school hour. The high school students act with grace complimentary of Paetkow.
When I stopped at the coffee shop, the barista offered my friend and I a two dollar discount for happy hour coffee. I have visited this shop several times in the year, and I didn't know the hours or the policies for the happy hour coffee discount. In the future, If this franchisee offers a two dollar happy hour discount, the barista should offer the discount to all customers.“
