“I was ordering at the Smoothie King location in Rosenberg, TX, and the associate who took my order, Marco, was so helpful with my order, plus suggested that I download the Smoothie King app so I would be able to accumulate rewards. My husband had just had dental surgery and needed to only eat a soft diet, so his choice was the peanut power chocolate in your 44oz size. I ordered my first smoothie there also. It was very filling and helped him to get through the evening without missing solid food. I appreciate Marco’s suggestion and immediately downloaded the app and was able to enter my receipt # and get a bunch of points. Thank you Smoothie King and thank you Marco ???“

“I walked into Smoothie King expecting a regular morning stop, but I ended up having one of the most unexpectedly fun and uplifting experiences I’ve ever had in any smoothie shop.
When I came in, one of the guys behind the counter was singing and looking at his phone like he was doing karaoke. I asked him, “Are you doing karaoke?” and he said yes — so naturally I told him, “Well let me sing it with you!” He pulled up the song, and luckily there were no other customers at the moment, so we actually karaoke’d together and sang a couple of verses of “Hey, Soul Sister.” It was the funniest, most wholesome start to my day.
After that, I ordered my smoothie, and he went out of his way to make sure I wasn’t overpaying. He explained a cheaper way to order the same thing and saved me money without me even asking. That alone deserves five stars.
He made my smoothie and my avocado toast with so much care. When he handed them to me, he had written “Hey Soul Sister, enjoy!” on my smoothie cup and “Stay awesome – Yingul” on my avocado toast container. That personal touch meant a lot. He also complimented my glasses and my personality, and we had a great conversation about where he’s from and his style. He was genuinely personable — the kind of energy you don’t forget.
The store itself was spotless. Both gentlemen behind the counter had gloves on, everything looked clean, and the whole place felt well-kept and welcoming.
I want to challenge more people to be open, be personable, and maybe even ask Yingul to karaoke with them before he makes their smoothie. I came in for a drink, but I left with a smile, a great start to my day, and a reminder that kindness and fun can show up anywhere.

“New TASTY boba shop in Richmond! My Vietnamese coffee and boba are good/strong!!! I am picky about my tapioca and Richmond does not have a good tapioca location. “Today I had the absolute pleasure of discovering Yum Yum Boba House! I wanted to get a mango smoothie (which btw the best mango smoothie I’ve had in a while), but I got so much more. The owner is absolutely delightful! Truly amazing service. The owner is so genuine and kind, and I think that’s what truly made this experience so great. “I have been eating here at least once a week (usually twice a week), for several years. I’ve never had anything I didn’t like! Food is always fresh, hot, and clearly made with love. The owners are SO sweet and truly care about each guest and their experience. I routinely drive out of my way and past several other Vietnamese restaurants to come to Mama Le’s. I literally can’t explain enough how much I LOVE eating here. We bring all our out of town guests here too! My favorite is the Lemongrass Beef and the Bahn Mi.“

“Quality yogurt drinks/smoothies, super refreshing especially after a heavy meal. I love the Mango Pomelo Sago (I get it at 50% sugar). It’s a great mix of sweet and tartness with big chunks of pomelo at the bottom.
We were also fortunate enough to try out their new creamy yogurt dessert and it was quite tasty! Reminds me of Icelandic yogurt.“

“Moved to the area a few months ago and have been on the hunt for a good teahouse. Saw Mai’s the other day on my drive home. Stopped in and ordered three banh mi and a boba tea. The spicy beef was just right. And the cajun shrimp was perfect. I will be eating here as often as I can.“

“I’ve been coming here ever since Swig opened! I love the dirty sodas, Texas Tab is my favorite. But the water drinks are delicious too! I love the mango breeze with sparkling water and regular coconut and vanilla (instead of sugar free as it’s normally made). The pretzels and white cheddar sauce have a chokehold on me! I don’t know what it is, but they’re always so perfectly hot and chewy, I can never resist ordering those.“
