“I moved out of state a few years ago, and I knew that a stop at either Tejas Taco House (same owners) or Castillo’s was a must when I flew in for a visit. I was in Heaven! The ambiance is wonderful, the customer service is excellent, and the food? YUMMY!! We had the carne guisada, migas, and street tacos, and every single bite was fantastic!!“

“Been coming here for a while and the food is very consistent. I usually take my kids with me but decided to go sit at the bar just myself for a change. Bartender Cam was cool and made a really good Michelada. Authentic. Hope to continue seeing this spot have success. Good Tex-Mex.“

“Great atmosphere. Loads of meal options and drink options. Music on Saturday nights. Friendly staff. Food arrived like I ordered and did not take long. Clean bathrooms. Clean table area and floors. In addition to our waitress, the managers came to our table to check up on us. Will be back soon.“

“Moving from the tastiest food capital of America (South Louisiana) I thought I would miss the local cuisine. Though Lozano’s is not Cajun food, I now know that I can never live further than 30 minutes from this restaurant. Hands down favorite food I have ever had, Jose and family are the best people, and they never disappoint. Asado Especial is to die for, and make sure to leave room for churros!“

“Excellent experience with this location. Owner is very considerate and went above and beyond to ensure that we had an amazing meal for Christmas Eve, despite them not being open that day. Prepped everything we would need and provided ample instruction on how to properly heat everything so it tasted as though it had just been dropped off. We loved it all and we have decided our new Christmas tradition will be to have fajita Pete’s every year rather than all of the hustle and bustle of cooking a giant meal. Delicious food, friendly staff, and attention to the needs of their customers has made us loyal customers for life. Thanks for the awesome food!!!“

“The pupilas here were great!! Best I've had in a while and clearly made to order. I forgot to take a pic but great price and size it nice too. Nice and hot. Ordered the mixed,the cheese, and the bean and cheese. My faves were the cheese and bean and cheese. The ambiance was rated low as the restaurant was empty and the decor is lacking. Based on food it's 5star on pupusas.“

“We always do pickup or delivery due to the small space. The food is really good, and the queso is great!
Downside is that I don't think we've ever had an order correct. Every time there's either something missed or wrong. Tonight, it was chicken and pork, when it should have been beef and pork for my fajitas. I usually call the store and get it fixed, but it's getting old.
Double check your stuff before you leave. 😔“

“This is a great little place that is situated in a gravel parking lot with two other permanent food stands. It's well lit at night and it's clean.
The beef street tacos were so well seasoned and delicious. The spicy Verde sauce was perfect. I will be back for more when I'm nearby. Great late night snack or night cap near hotels by Katy Mills.“
