“We went to the new location for the first time last night. I’m happy to report they have the same delicious food and friendly staff. There were 6 of us at the table. All food came out fairly quickly from ordering time and we were all served at the same time. It is saying a lot because the restaurant was packed at the time on a Sunday evening. The food was served piping hot. My teens are very particular about their tortillas and fajitas …they were very happy with the food quality and taste. The price is fair comparing to today’s food prices. I had the enchiladas en molé, mom had fish tacos, and dad had tortilla soup. So good! We will be back soon!“

What I can say about the food, the service, how clean this restaurant is, How friendly the staff is
When I first met Yuri She was super excited that I stopped by. It was my first time about 4 days ago.
She always made suggestions when I place an order and her suggestions are so on point!!!
Yesterday I enjoyed the menudo. I requested extra side of menudo pata or pies.
The guy that cooked the menudo and it was so delicious or so amazing. I finished every drop of the menudo

I found out today that the cook Is a lady that her cooking skills are above and beyond what I was expecting!!!
She has cook the Barbacoa de Borrego also there's a cook from Taqueria Cancun who is amazing that has made every meal that I've eaten here and I come everyday for breakfast or lunch the staff is extremely nice and friendly.

My grandmother helped raise me. She cook such delicious food she was born and raised in Mexico when I found this hidden gem everything is Authentic Mexican dishes.
The lady's cooking skills reminds me so much of my grandmother's cooking that Brings back the best memories of my life!!!

I don't believe I've met the owner yet, but I hope one day to meet them and thank them for having such an awesome restaurant!!!

“Their food is good. I've had their Torta de Fajitas and the Mexican burger. The burger was different for me because they put pineapple in it, so it's something different but you can ask them to not put it if you like. This food truck is at a gas station where alot of people stand outside and get in your way when you are trying to drive up. So take caution of that but the people dont mess with you. The waitress will come up to your vehicle and take your order and bring it to you, so you don't have to get off the car. So thats a plus!!“

“EVERY-TIME we come to Sylvia’s Enchilada Kitchen, we leave smiling, full and wanting to come back. The food was fresh, delicious and portioned NOT to engorge me! “My neighbor called me and wanted fajitas and she wanted to go to Pappasito's Airtex. We are both widows and we had not been to that location in quite a while. We had about a 15 minute wait around 3:45. We got our table and our waiter was quick to attend to us. We got our drinks and appetizers ordered. When he brought our drinks and appetizers to us he took our order, we split an order of beef and chicken fajitas for two with extra rice and charro beans, then he asked if there was anything else we needed. We were fine. Our order came out quickly and he again asked how we were . He was very attentive and very pleasant making sure we were accommodated. As we were finishing our meal, he asked us if we wanted a desert. We were unsure, so he brought out the sample tray. We chose the ice cream balls rolled in coconut and pecans with caramel syrup drizzled on top. OMG, it was awesome. Just to let you know, the last time I was at Pappasitos was at Deerbrook and I took my son out for Father's Day. The service was not good and our waitress was no where to be found until we were ready to leave. My neighbor, June and I were very impressed with our waiter, Noah, and we will be back and will ask for him. He is knowledgeable, attentive, pleasant, professional and is doing a great job as he made our evening into an awesome dining experience He will be an asset to any business because he cares.
