I was referred to Papacitos by a gentleman sharing my row on a flight from Tampa to Houston. Everything was excellent. I was seated quickly, and attended to immediately. My server Haylee was professional, courteous and went the extra mile to make me feel welcome. Her service was the highlight on a 5 star visit! Will definitely visit again next time I am in Houston.
The wait was a bit excessive due to staffing, I was told, but just looked bad with over 7 tables open as I walked to the restroom. Bartender maybe forgot my Id was over 25 bcz she certainly forgot to include the alcohol. LolSome of the food was overcooked, but management took care of that immediately... kudosmy server, but she was amazing.

The service was good. The food is definitely Tex-Mex and not authentic Mexican food. The drinks, great! Strong drinks. If you are looking for authentic Mexican food though, do not come here. The price of their food is pricey as well especially for not being authentic.
