K at 11 o’clock on the door clearly says 12 I have a video showing where I was not let in and then another lady who was a different color than I was was let in. I asked why would she let in and I wasn’t well. We had low productivity so we’re closed now you’re gonna be without a job
Service has really gone done here. No more water cups (even though their drink machines have water option to dispense), makes you walk to the front door to grab napkins to dine in - didn't offer any at the counter (whoever was training the new girl was rude and should be re-trained). Also this location had no salt and pepper - missing stuff. Won't be returning.
Received 3 foot long sandwiches with no meat! Just toppings and condiments. Paid $30+ for bread and toppings. Called multiple times with no answer. If something is a main item like “SANDWICH MEAT” the order should have been canceled or I should have been contacted. Completely unacceptable and I see now why this location only has 2 stars. What a joke!.
