“My partner took me here earlier this year & the hotpot was absolutely delicious! He chose the Kimchi base while i got the Tomato and both we so heart and scrumptious. We also got complementary fried chicken bites that were some of the best we'd ever had. I really loved that they had fun facts of their history on their walls to read. The service was delightful & our server kept is well informed on how to order and what would be the best opinion based on our taste. I also really like having a personal sized hotpot bowl, sometimes it's nice to not have to share one gigantic bowl. We had a fantastic time and will definitely need to come back soon.“

“This was our first time eating here, and everything was just perfect—from the warm welcome to the delicious food! The pho had such a rich, authentic flavor, and the pork bánh mì sandwich was incredible—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with fresh, flavorful ingredients. We’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Love coming here for their noodle bowls! Their menu is a bit hard to understand in my opinion (as a non-viet person) but we haven’t had anything g that was bad. Service is generally very attentive and friendly.
Their noodle dishes, soup, bread & condensed milk, and spring rolls are excellent!“

“We’ve enjoyed eating here occasionally, but came back after hearing they started weekday AYCE pork belly for $19.99 and were AMAZED!! This time was hands down the best Korean bbq experience! Multiple servers worked our table and were very kind, efficient, and had really great attention to detail. They brought out the special Korean sides without being asked, cooked the sides/meat with expertise, and overall made us feel very welcome! Their soju slushies were also SO good - we tried the mango and Korean raspberry flavors! We will definitely be back many times!
For an authentic Korean bbq experience, ask them to grill kimchi, green onion kimchi, and the bean sprouts to eat with your pork belly!“

“Soon as you walk in they greated you, very friendly. Husband had Pho with beef I had rice plate with pork. Food seasoned well very tasty. My only issue is cleaning under table but that is my OCD speaking. I am a clean freak. I would come again for sure.“

“I recently moved to Fulshear and have been exploring the local food scene. Absolute Thai has easily become one of my favorite discoveries. I’ve eaten there for lunch the last three days, and every meal has been excellent. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Just as impressive is the service. Kruen has taken care of me every visit and always makes me feel welcome. As the new guy in town, it’s nice finding a place that combines amazing food with genuine hospitality. Absolute Thai has definitely earned a regular customer in me. Highly recommend!“
