Terrible customer service. Forgot half my order when I called about it they knew about it and I asked for a refund and my meal. I asked to speak with a manager and she laughed and put me on with someone that said “you speak Spanish”. I guess they thought this was funny. Ordered ahead for pick up at 11:15. Got there at 11:20 waited for 10 mins. Called to let them know I’m there and they say they don’t have an order. After several mins of someone talking to another person they find it. Wait longer for them to make it. Get home and it’s not even the correct order! 🙄 I should have known to check and I’m not driving back over there to wait longer and get the correct order.
