Bathrooms were terrible. Messy floors. Needed to be mopped. Some stalls had no toilet paper. The men working were friendly just need to pay attention to the cleanliness of their workplace. Just terrible. The owner needs to visit the store and inspect the location.

We like QT as a general rule. But this one, at I35 and 82 in Gainesville, TX had the most DISGUSTING ladies bathrooms ever. Two stalls blocked off out of order, wet tissue and paper towels everywhere on the floor, and trash bins running over. Really a bad experience.

What is the deal with the soft serve machine at this location?? Last September, we stopped here for gas on our way through and I wanted a soft serve cone. At that time, they told us they didn't enough staffing to man this area and no soft serve was available. This year, I was told the soft serve machine was out of order. I suspect that the profit margin on soft serve is not high enough for them to keep the machine up and running. They would rather sell you a prepackaged $4.49 Giant Drumstick Ice Cream or one of the other frozen novelties priced similarly. Well, instead of doing that, I just walked out without buying anything but gas. We had several other items ready to buy, but the lack of soft serve made me really peeved. How hard is it to keep things up and running?

Staff was kind, the store was stocked and clean including the bathrooms. We were able to do a one stop shop (Bathroom break, food, and gas).

Nobody needs a review of a QT. It's not going to change your mind about whether or not you stop here and you're probably not even looking for gas station reviews. Still, I stopped here to get gas while driving from Texas to Minnesota. My car wouldn't start after. I could have lost a lot of time waiting for some kind customer or road side service to help, but I went inside and talked to someone working at the store and he immediately offered to help and used his personal vehicle to give me a jump start and directions to a local auto parts store where I could get the battery tested and changed out quickly so I could get back on the road. I don't know if that would have happened at a different gas station.

Really nice store and the first gas station we've seen in all of NW Texas where everyone was actually wearing masks as required by Governor's orders. Everyone was really following social distancing as well! Clean store with lots of options. Would have had 5 stars if the women's bathroom wasn't overrun with toilet paper and paper towels on the floor.
