We ordered 2 medium turkey sandwiches . Nothing special ?Very disappointing ? paid about $18 + It was not even fulfilling and their bread didn't tasted like freshly baked either .There was not enough filling in the sandwiches ..! We will not visiting again !!

Ordered a Caesar’s salad with blue cheese dressing instead of standard caersars. Did not receive any dressing. Also. Only a few pieces of chicken but an over abundance of croutonsEven had to wait for five minutes to receive my order in the drive through.Will not revisit this location

The man with a slight African accent who was working at the register is awesome! Left a tip and all. Will definitely be back for him. He needs a raise! So kind and friendly, also helpful.

Never had a bad schlotzsky's before, but this location was the worst. Bun was hard as a rock, very little meat, ham chopped up and alot of fat. Soup looked like it was old. I could not eat all of it but what I did eat I got sick. Never again.. order was to go so I did not check the order... lesson learned, money wasted.

I don't know what is so hard about reading an order ticket but apparently it is too hard. When I stated I don't want something on the sandwich "no tomatos or no olives" they can NEVER get it right. Or you can tell they used an old sandwich and picked off the things that weren't wanted. What if someone was allergic to those and you did that? Also it takes 15 plus minutes to het my food. How can happen when I get an old sandwich that has been sitting and the items just picked off.

I will be taking another break from this location and Schlotzsky’s in general. The bread recipe was changed for the worse. It is is thinner, has a powdery texture, and has no taste. The amount of meat and vegetables was pitifully small. My favorite soup, Broccoli Cheese, was bitter and sour; it was extremely hot and tasted like it was scalded. There was no unsweet tea in the dining area. Service was slow not only for me but for the drive through as I watched car after car asked to pull forward and wait. Their credit card machine I assume was down because I was asked if I was paying by card when I first walked up. I was asked if if wanted to dine in—I did—and my meal was delivered to my table in a sack. The hot water in the men’s bathroom is barely a trickle. Very disappointed. My almost 200 reward points will just sit there because I’m not coming back. The franchise owner needs to be involved more.

Despite the lack of staff today the general manager was absolutely amazing but the owner needs to do better for his staff they need more support and not put it on his 2 loyal employees. Kenya was absolutely fantastic trying to help in the front of house and back and keep customers happy.
