I don't know what is so hard about reading an order ticket but apparently it is too hard. When I stated I don't want something on the sandwich "no tomatos or no olives" they can NEVER get it right. Or you can tell they used an old sandwich and picked off the things that weren't wanted. What if someone was allergic to those and you did that? Also it takes 15 plus minutes to het my food. How can happen when I get an old sandwich that has been sitting and the items just picked off.
I will be taking another break from this location and Schlotzsky’s in general. The bread recipe was changed for the worse. It is is thinner, has a powdery texture, and has no taste. The amount of meat and vegetables was pitifully small. My favorite soup, Broccoli Cheese, was bitter and sour; it was extremely hot and tasted like it was scalded. There was no unsweet tea in the dining area. Service was slow not only for me but for the drive through as I watched car after car...read full review

The man with a slight African accent who was working at the register is awesome! Left a tip and all. Will definitely be back for him. He needs a raise! So kind and friendly, also helpful.
