Food was good but the dining experience was abysmal because of gnats. The places infested with gnats. I bet there's no way they can keep the gnats from getting into the food.

I came in today for dine in, ordered a bacon double cheeseburer plain and dry, received a plain cheeseburger no bacon, went up to register to inform them and a cook had the audacity to go to the back and bring me 2 strips of bacon to put on my burger... Instead of remaking it in the back, lefit carried the bacon in tongs to register and placed on my burger.

Ordered food in the lobby asked for no tomatoes and got them anyways.. ordered three bacon double cheeseburgers plain got no bacon.. called was told we had to bring the food back and they would not give us a refund without the food when I said I live 20 minutes away. This is bad business! Uploading pictures as proof. For whatever reason my recite doesn't even show that I asked him for no tomatoes!! Dinner cost me 30 dollars and now it's not worth it at all.

On 11/17 at around 11:40 PM, we had a very unpleasant experience with the female staff member at the drive-through window. Our group of three people was on a business trip, and we needed to pay separately and receive individual receipts for reimbursement.

When we asked for separate payments and receipts, the staff member responded with an irritated tone and said, “I have to do it at another register,” clearly implying that we shouldn’t request receipts. She then showed visible attitude throughout the process.

What was worse is that she intentionally tapped the second card twice, charging the second and third meals to the same card without informing us. We only realized something was wrong after waiting at the window for a while, and she still said nothing. She simply stared at us, pretending nothing happened, and made no effort to clarify or assist.

This lack of honesty and responsibility created significant issues for us when we returned to our company and had to explain the incorrect receipts to our manager.

This was one of the most unprofessional drive-through experiences we’ve ever had, and I sincerely hope the management reviews this incident seriously.

Picking up an order and they never answered the drive thru. Drove to the window and took about 20 mins before I even got someone to acknowledge me. Once they rudely asked what I wanted I told her I'm picking up my order and she shut the window in my face. Waited another 10-15mins and got the wrong order but they refused to come back to the window to fix the issue.

Horrible service! Today 7/20/25 around 3-30 I visit this location for the 2nd time this month and same bad service. The store looks clean and good was ok but the service is so horrible and rude I will never be back.. it’s customer service if you don’t like it don’t do it!
