Food and service are great. Dining area can use some attention. Every surface has some kind of crumb, floor is filthy, condiment area looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since opening, overflowing trash cans. Low hanging fruit. A little soap and water will go a long way.
Absolutely amazing experience! They had the best (team) I say team because everyone worked together very quickly and very well together. Everyone was kind, quick, friendly. The lobby was very clean. One of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time. My kid even noticed and complimented them and she’s only 10 years old. Amazing! Keep up the great work! We can’t wait to go back. I wish I’d gotten the opportunity to get the manager’s name. Job very well done!
My spouse is a huge chiptole fan so we visit one in every city we go to. This location has everyone beat the food service and staff ( minus the female who thought it was OK to clump all my cheese together in one spot) was perfection!
